Anonymous (1/5): The shower was blocked with hair. The oven has not been cleaned, the oven tray has old food in it. The fridge was dirty, - The location The place was so dirty we almost left and booked elsewhere.
Lilly (1/5): Disgusting - The apartment was absolutely filthy. We couldn’t use any of the facilities as they were so unclean. The flat did not look like it had been cleaned throughly in months. The owner was very unhelpful and said that the apartment was clean.

Miriam (3/5): Flat is neglected, not maintained or cleaned regularly - location fabulous - The location was fantastic and the apartment was big. The apartment was very dirty. It had not been cleaned properly. There were old socks in the bathroom under the sink. We had NO HOT WATER during our entire stay! The showers were only a trickle not a stream, so washing was very difficult anyways, but the water was also ice cold. There is no shower mat in the main shower either, so running the shower floods the whole room. We were each given only a single small towel. The slats of the bed in the main bedroom were broken so only 1 person could sleep in the bed, not two. Kitchen cupboard doors were hanging off the hinges and a thermometer / socket thing was hanging off the wall in the main hallway. There was only 2 cups of coffee available for 3 people. Some broken furniture / old plants / unneeded animal cages are being 'stored' (dumped) on the terrace of the flat. Overall it is a beautiful flat, but it been neglected and is not cared for, maintained or cleaned regularly. I am by no means a clean freak, but I am glad I was staying without the children and would not stay here again. It's a shame, because the location is fabulous.
Georgina (4/5): It's okay - The location was good, in a nice area and close to the tube station. As well as a few places to grab something to eat. And that is the only positive. We had issues as soon as we arrived. No towels. Was quickly sorted but only ONE per person. Had to ask to sort out WIFI. Could not get TV on only radio. Was dirty. Needs a new cleaner in there and it needs a deep clean. Needs some TLC. Even the poor plant is dieing. Kitchen tap is dripping. Stuff left in dishwasher from previous people. And when towels was delivered they never knocked, just walked in to drop off while we was still in the apartment.
Zac (9/5): We have stayed here several times in the past, this time was just as good - We have stayed here several different times, and several different people. Every time they have enjoyed their stay. The location is perfect, the suite has always been clean and tidy. The host always helpful.

Seow (10/5): We enjoyed throughout our stay & it’s quite near to most attractions. - Nice apartment with great view of sunrise& sunset. Gracious host. It’s near the supermarket and equip with cooking utensils. Thanks for the toys.
Andreas (5/5): Passable - The apartment is for a maximum of 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm wide bed. The couch was sold to us as a sofa bed, but it is a normal couch where no one can sleep on it. We also didn't have any blankets or cushions for the couch since we only had one blanket in each bedroom. We contacted the landlord but he completely ignored us for 3 days also. Okay for 6 people, impossible for 8 people

Easier t - It was spacious, reasonable placed for central London attractions We were not able to open the main door to the building with the key provided. We were let in by someone who was coming out and couldn’t go out after that because there was no way of getting back in. The owner wasn’t particularly helpful when texted.There was a broken window in the living room which meant the house was freezing. The heating didn’t work particularly well. No clean mugs. Torn sofa covers. Thin flimsy duvets.

Anna (5/5): It was disappointing - The location of the property is good. There is a tiny lift at the property. Some sheets had hair on them. No toaster and no microwave. Freezer was full of ice and would not shut properly.
Megha (4/5): Except for proximity nothing in the apartment was good. - Proximity to the different places to London Room sizes, comfort, cleanliness was not worth the cost and no basic toiletries in bathroom.
