Kuznecova (8/5): Very good - Great location, easy and quick access to major attractions. Friendly staff, no problems with check-in The plumbing in the apartment is not in the best condition: the bidet is leaking, the sink in the bathroom is clogged, the tap in the kitchen splashes everywhere. We found someone's forgotten sock in the washing machine. There are no clothes or sponges for washing dishes, and for 7 nights - only 2 garbage bags and 2 very small rolls of toilet paper.
Konstantin (7/5): New flat but not cosy and not everything in place. - Good location, not overcrowded. Brand new flat. Quite neighbourhood, we slept great. Because of the sockets, not all facilities were easy to use. We had a problem using microwave and iron. The stove didn't work, and no one answered how to use it.

Марина (10/5): It was very good - The apartament is very modern and cozy, you will find everything here you need for your comfortable stay. The distance to the main points is very convenient, we like to walk so it was wonderful for us to pass the lovely streets while going to Vatican, Colosseum and other places. Our flight was in the early morning and the team let us check in at 10 am. That was amazing 😻
Agata (9/5): Superb - Very nice, well-equipped apartment in a new bulding. There are bus and tram stops right next to the building so it's very easy to get to the city historic centre. The apartment was properly cleaned and the lady who received us was very friendly and helpful. The staff in the bulding was extremely nice. The only problem was that there was a delay with cleaning and when we arrived at 2pm, it wasn't cleaned at all. The cleaning service arrived later and did a great job but they finished at 7pm.

Raluca (9/5): A good accommodation in Rome - The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures. It is clean and nicely furnished. Everything is new. You will find everything you need in the kitchen. The apartment building looks very nice also, with someone at the recetion 24h It was kind of chilly in the apartment and the guests can't set the temperarure, only the owner. For some reason the temperature remained the same throughout our stay.
