• Krystian (10/5): Dotyk historii Malagi i to dosłownie. - Świetna lokalizacja, apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, pracownicy Del Parqe Flats przez cały mój pobyt dokładali starań, aby niczego mi nie zabrakło. Rzadko wystawiam opinie po swoich pobytach, ale w tym przypadku poczucie wdzięczności wygrało. Poranny hałas wywołany przez robotników wykonujących prace budowlane katedry. Nadmieniam tylko, że wiedzieliśmy o tym czytając opinie poprzedników. Pisaliśmy się na to.
• Dianne (8/5): - The location was fabulous. We went to see the semana santa. , the procession came passed the apartment. Looking on to the cathedral. Straight out of the door and into the city It was very noisy from the bars and neighbours,a bit better sound proofing could help.

• Adam (7/5): - Perfektní lokalita, v centru a zároveň klid. Ackoliv jsme si zaplatili detskou postylku, nebyla tam pro miminko prikryvka. Druha rozkladaci sedacka na spani katastrofa, lavicka v parku je rovnejsi. Po sundani prikryvky bylo na te sedacce spoustu nejakych cernych vlasu, dost odporne. Ve skrini byla hrubsi perina, ktera se kvuli zime hodila, ale povleceni na ni, nebo alespon vice prosteradel tam nebylo. V kuchyni nebyla zadna uterka, byla tam sice mycka, ale vsechno do mycky davat nechcete.
• Ximena (10/5): Excelente - El departamento es amplio, luminoso, moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y agradable. Los fines de semana había bastante ruido por un bar que está debajo del departamento pero solo sucedió viernes y sábado

• Patrycja (10/5): Lokal godny polecenia, super lokalizacja - Super lokalizacja, blisko do obiektów muzealnych, atrakcji, restauracji, blisko metro i pociągi. Mieszkanie czyste, wszystko co potrzebne było dostępne. W nocy głośniej, ale jest klimatyzacja w mieszkaniu, więc przy zamkniętych oknach spało się w porządku. Świetny kontakt z obsługą lokalu. Klimatyzacja wolno się rozkręcała, brak deski do krojenia, patelnie bardzo podniszczone.

• Matías (9/5): Buenisimo - Ubicación espectacular, limpieza, todo ok. Mmm un poco en ruido por la gente que estaba en los bares de tapas pero fue detalle, no hubo problemas para zzzz

• Nicole (8/5): Tolle Stadt! - Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Direkt im Nebengebäude befindet sich ein Club, daher ist es nachts recht laut.
• Cristina (10/5): Un apartament excelent! - Un apartament excelent! Poziția foarte bună, iar imaginea catedralei pe care o vezi mereu când ieși este magnifica. Foarte curat si ai tot confortul. Noi am fost 3 persoane si am avut exact spațiul care ne trebuia. Atât checkinul cât si plecarea s-a facut rapid si fara probleme. Este adevărat ca exista destul de mult zgomot de la barul de jos dar pana la urma asta a facut cumva parte din vibul de vacanta, chiar nu afost un impediment. Recomand cu siguranță.
• Andrjuskova (10/5): Как дома, все удобство и идеальное местоположение. - Местоположение идеальное, до всех достопримечательностей, до пляжа близко. В квартире имеются все удобство, жили как дома(стиральная машинка, посудомойка итд). Кухня полностью оборудована. Мы были в 3 (6-летний ребенок), место было достаточно. Диван в зале раскладной. Кондиционер- все работало. Несмотря на идеальное Местоположение, то под квартирой располагались кофейные и ночной клуб. Было довольно шумно ночью порой до 5 утра. Спальня более изолированная от шума зачет оконных покрытый а вот в зале, где мы с ребенком спали было намного хуже. Люди орали, гремели, большое эхо. Слышимость соседей тоже имеется. Но это не относится на прямую к хозяину этого жилья, просто имейте введу. В целом за пару дней привыкли и шум не так раздражал. Если хочется совсем тишиной то и место надо выбирать соответственное.

• Clarissa (10/5): Localização excepcional - Lcalização excepcional, boas instalações, comunicação com host excelente, equipe muito atenciosa. Rua do apartamento é pedonal, mas pode-se parar o carro em rua próxima ao escritório da Del Flats, descarregar bagagens e então seguir para estacionamento privado próximo (Plaza de La Marina - estacionamento excelente, cerca de 500m, bem indicado). .

• Lesley (9/5): Great location, for beach, food, and things to see and do. Dodgy washing machine. - I loved the central location, close to the heart of old Malaga. Easy to access and close to the marina and the beach. Kitchen was well equipped with a good fridge and freezer, as well as a coffee machine. The washing machine!! The programme for cottons on a low temperature of 30 degrees kept getting stuck, once on rinse and once on spin - not ideal as it meant that someone needed to watch the machine.

• Albert (8/5): Perfect apartment, the shower needs attention however. - Perfectly located in city centre, very close to the port, to the beach a short walk. Convienient apartment for 2. Kitchen, living room, bedroom OK. Equipment in bahroom OK, however the shower-sink smells often like a sewer (other guests reported that as well).

Very sparse cleaning materials, basic welcome pack was also near non existent in comparison to numerous other apartments we have stayed in Malaga and other locations world wide. Washing machine was very haphazard in operation.

• Aline (7/5): Bed linen stain - I was discredited and treated badly - The apartment we had originally booked was out of water, so the host offered us another one nearby, which was an upgrade on the previous one. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and well located. I had an unbelievably bad experience when I got to my room. I realized that not only had the bed linen not been changed (the comforter they had put on my bed had a disgusting yellow stain that I realized could be compatible with something regurgitated or urine). I clearly asked the host via WhatsApp to change ALL the linen because, as well as being disgusting, a stranger's bodily fluids can contain microorganisms that are bad for your health. When I went to put the clothes away in the wardrobe, I saw the previous dirty bed linen hidden inside. Can you believe that when I asked them to change EVERYTHING, the person said dryly that they wanted to see photos to prove what I was saying and refused to change everything and only changed the outer cover? Cold but disgusted, I slept in bed with a dry bath towel tucked under me. I've posted the photos of the bed linen I sent here in the complaint. In my opinion, this would have been enough to have an additional cleaning service for the whole room, changing pillows, pillowcases... but it's obvious that these local accommodation businesses are all about profit and I was discredited and treated badly. Finally they brought some more towels and so on, but the pillow and bed linen and the cupboards full of filthy clothes left me with a horrible feeling.

• Carmen (9/5): Superb - The apartment was in a good location, a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, close to the park and bus station. There are supermarkets and many restaurants close by. The communication with the staff was great, also key pickup and drop off is easy It can be a bit noisy, as there are restaurants close by and in Spain people eat and socialize until late.

• Elizabeth (9/5): A lovely stay in the heart of the Old Town. - The location suited me perfectly, being right in the heart of the Old Town but quiet at night. Close to the office if I needed help and also close to a stop for the airport bus. The flat is spacious and nicely decorated. Wi-Fi was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped. A disadvantage of white paint throughout is that doors and walls can look grubby. The shower cubicle doors felt like they might collapse! (They didn’t.)
• Marcin (10/5): A beautiful and calm place to relax with a gorgeous view! - The apartment is very modern and spacious. It has a beautiful view of Puerto de la Cruz and El Teide. The kitchen is very well equipped. I can't say anything bad about this apartment. Everything was perfect. The apartment owner who lives next door is very helpful and nice. It was a great pleasure to meet him. Everything was good.

Everything we needed for a self-catering holiday was included - the apartment is very well equipped. Bus to Malaga airport outside on main road. Office for key collection, and any other issues, just across from the property. However we had no issues at all - everything was absolutely perfect. Could not find any fault

• Kim (8/5): Very good - We loved the location, so close to everything. The kitchen was well-equipped but we didn't do any cooking. the AC worked well and there was plenty of closet space. We could hear people in the streets late at night but that happens in every city in Spain. The washer/dryer was disappointing because the dryer doesn't dry at all, and there was no drying rack available.
