- Patricia (7/5): It was nice at night with the fireplace on. And the landlord was immediately available if you needed - The location was great although there was a lot of dog poop in the yard . Some of the dishes were dirty and there was a smell from the pipes where the washer machine was located. Also, the couches were broken but still comfortable even though the legs were broken. Dirty dishes. 0nly 1 frying pan. Dog poop in yard. Broken. Couches were broken but still they were comfortable. Smell from drain.
