• Lisa (10/5): Owners were very friendly and helpful with entry instructions. Property was spacious and clean and location was fantasti - Location was fantastic. Right on the beach, walk to Cavill Avenue and watched the NYE fireworks from our balcony. Property was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.
• Diane (9/5): Very relaxed and beautiful pool. - The location is superb and the unit comfortable. The male onsite manager never stopped working taking great pride in the facilities & the grounds. We stepped into the lift and The onsite female manager was in the lift already and there was s piece of paper on the floor. She did not pick it up so when she got out of the lift, I did. I asked her if there was a free carpark as we are two individuals who brought our own vehicles, despite several free parks in basement, she did not want to help at all even for one night.

• Rachel (9/5): - The location was amazing, beautiful ocean view right in front of the beach. The apartment was really spacious and had everything we needed. It’s close to Surfers so very easy to walk in there. The pool area is really nice too. We loved our stay.

• Rebecca (10/5): Gorgeous accommodation that you will never want to leave and warms the soul - Location was unbelievable and the unit was beautiful and so spacious. Facilities were equivalent to a 5 star resort and I wished I had been able to use more of. Faultless accommodation and I would definitely recommend to anybody. A highlight was laying in bed watching a dolphin not far off shore...can you begin to imagine how this warms the soul and helps my mental health to thrive.

• Samuel James (10/5): This property over delivers ! - This is a very fantastic apartment with a great view right on the beach. If you are worrying that the photos make it look better than it is, then you don't need to. It's probably better than the photos. The building has parking in the basement and modern electronic security locks, which are easy to use. When we arrived, the apartment was spotless, and the design and decorations were very nice !. High quality mattresses and bed linen are provided, which makes it all feel very luxurious. There is a walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, and a great kitchen. The location is really great, you couldn't really get closer to the beach. There are loads of shops and restaurants very close as well. We had a great stay and will come again definitely! Nothing, it was wonderful !

• Glenda (7/5): Could have been better - Location was fabulous, close to everything with fantastic ocean views from from every room in the apartment. Beach right on the door step. Comfy lounge and bed. Owner provided a refund on the cleaning because we were so inconvenienced and we did appreciate this. Sadly for us our experience did not go well from the start. Despite being given the go ahead for a 2pm arrival the cleaner had only arrived to clean the apartment just before us. We were therefore unable to check in until after 5pm and, we also z could not park in the designated car spot as the cleaner was parked there. To make it worse, no spare linen had been left at the property so the cleaner had to wash and dry the dirty sheets from previous guests at the apartment while we waited. We ended up with only a single flat sheet on the bed (and the sheet was too small for the bed) and the pillow cases were still dirty - had marks on them. Also, plenty of tea provided but no coffee and no milk. A starter pack would have been good. Also, washing machine and dryer provided (although dryer had fallen off the wall and was propped up on a laundry basket), but no detergent was provided. Attention to detail therefore could be improved.

It was on Wed to Sat, we went on Sunday. 😅😅 - Awesome and perfect place to stay overlooking the beautiful beach! 😍 never enough view! Feel like living there! Great balcony to chill during winter+coffee! Probably the toilets should have door lock? Abit uncomfortable if ppl accidentally open the door. 😬

• Bianca (10/5): Exceptional apartment on the beach - close to everything in Surfers - Our family of 4 (2A, 2C 9 &12) from Sydney stayed at this amazing apartment in Surfers Paradise for 7 nights. The apartment is located in the Berkeley on the beach complex directly on the beach. Richard was a fabulous host. Communication was great and instructions were easy for check in (lockbox). The apartment is super modern and very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (handy with 2 kids). It is on the 7th floor with fantastic panoramic views of the beach and city (and lovely sunrises). It was spotlessly clean with comfy beds, linen and towels and little extras included like shampoo, body wash, soap etc. Air con in the living area and fans in the bedrooms were good. We appreciated the underground parking included. We basically parked the car and walked to everything in Surfers which is a 5-10 minute walk to Cavill Ave and the heart of town. The complex has a lovely pool, spa and sauna (open 7am-9pm) and a grassed bbq area which was great. My husband and kids did lots of beach fishing right in front of the apartment (used beach worms and pippies off the beach as bait). They caught whiting, flathead and dart if that's your thing. The theme parks are around a 25 min away (we did the 3 park pass). The kids favourite was Seaworld. The night markets are a few minutes walk along the Esplanade on Wed, Fri and Sat nights (4-9pm) with lots of cool things. My daughter also loved the Crazy cat cafe where you can book to hang with 23 cute cats and pat and cuddle them. I definitely recommend heading to Mt Tamborine which is a 40 min scenic drive. This was a nice break from the high paced theme parks. We loved the glomworm cave and the waterfall/rainforest walk, markets and the lookouts. For food we liked Longboards (across the road) and Waves seafood buffet in the Voco hotel which was delicious (and included wine on Friday nights!). Thanks for a great stay Richard, we definitely look forward to returning. It can get a little noisy late at night with young crowds hanging out on the Esplanade and hearing electric bike bells. Nothing that bothered us too much though.

Apartment was perfect for what we needed with everything you could need supplied The blinds in the bathroom are not privacy blinds, therefore could not shower at night time with lights on as you can see through.

Perfect location - minutes walk away from restaurant, shops etc. Amazing views. hard to sit out on the balcony comfortably enjoy the great view . A smaller outdoor table and few chairs would be better and make it easier to hang out bathers & beach towels to dry on 😊

My 2 teenage kids, my husband and I absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay here. This apartment comes with a private parking. I give this place 10/10. Everything was perfect. Nothing
