• PABLO (5/5): Decepcionada - La ubicación y espacio del apartamento. Limpieza escasa. Nada más entrar al ir al baño tuve que pasar un trapo por la taza del wáter xq estaba manchado de mierda. Solo se nos dejó un royo de papel empezado. El microondas sucio. Se le comunico al dueño y nos dijo que se le olvidaría reponer a la de limpieza, pero yo creo q la de la limpieza no pasó.
• ALIOT (10/5): Perfecto para estar en el centro de la ciudad - La ubicación es increíble, camas muy cómodas y la comunicación muy sencilla en todo momento.
• Sofia (10/5): En general, me gustó hospedarme aquí. Lo recomiendo. - Muy buena ubicación , espacioso. La anfitriona muy amable y pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto. La mesa del comedor. Ocupa demasiado espacio y es incómoda. La cocina necesita equipamiento.

• RAUL (9/5): Perfecto para ver la Alhambra. - La ubicación muy buena, en el centro, parada de minibus para la Alhambra al lado. Se puede bajar de la Alhambra andando al apartamento. Comunicación con la propiedad rápida.

• Sandra (1/5): - Nothing The apartment was very disappointing and did not match the listing. It was unhygienic, with sheets that had hair on them and a bathroom that was not properly cleaned. The floors were stained and dirty throughout. The photos appear outdated and misleading, with furniture different from what was shown, including a different sofa. The apartment was also poorly maintained. There were around 9 radiators cluttering the space, some of which did not work, and the insulation was poor, making it cold and noisy. The kitchen area differed from the listing photos, which showed entry doors that are no longer present, making the layout feel more exposed than advertised. Some fixtures and finishes were also damaged, and furniture placement was awkward, giving the impression the property was unfinished. The boiler was leaking water into a bottle placed underneath, which felt like an unsafe and temporary fix. We arrived around 14:00, collected the keys from the restaurant below, dropped our bags, and went out to explore Granada. When we returned later that evening during Semana Santa, we began noticing these issues. We had no intention of leaving at first, but as more problems became apparent, it became clear the apartment did not meet expectations for the price we paid. We contacted Booking.com and were told we would receive a refund. We explained that it was already late (around 23:00) and the streets were extremely crowded and effectively blocked due to the processions, so we could not leave that night, and were told it was fine for us to stay and leave in the morning. However, this was not communicated to the host. The next morning we packed and left for breakfast, planning to return before the 11:00 checkout. When we came back before checkout time, the host was already inside the apartment. She was aggressive, tried to prevent us from entering, and threatened to call the police rather than communicate. Her husband later arrived and helped translate, and we contacted Booking.

• Song (8/5): 위치는 좋으나, 시설이 낙후됨 - 그라나다 센트로의 중심에 위치. 알함브라, 그라나다 대성당, 알바이신지역을 방문하기에 최적의 위치. 주변에 맛집이 많음. 호스트분의 빠른 반응. 아파트건물이 오래되어 전기시설이 안 좋음. 전력이 약해서 정전발생. 화장실은 리모델링이 필요해 보임. 출입문 시스템이 너무 낯설고 힘들었음.

Tout peut être fait à pied et le réseau de bus est bien pourvu et facile à utiliser. Des supérettes sont proches ainsi que des restaurants sympathiques. 2 chambres avec une bonne literie. Rien.

• Theresa Roots (9/5): - La ubicación es inmejorable y la anfitriona muy amable. Fue fácil y cómodo recoger las llaves en el momento tanto de la entrada como la salida del piso. El piso en sí muy bien, con camas cómodas y todo limpio. Sin duda, lo tendremos en cuenta para futuras visitas a Granada.

A szállásadó mindig elérhető volt és nagyon kedvesen, azonnal válaszolt a kéréseinkre, kérdéseinkre. Már az utazás előtt is ellátott hasznos tanácsokkal. A kulcsot a sarki étteremben vettük át, problémamentes volt a bejutás is és az ott tartózkodásunk is. Egy hétig voltunk Granadában, erre az időszakra tökéletes volt a szállás. Egy sütő és egy mosogatógép jó lenne a konyhában.

• Angelica (10/5): - El apartamento es muy lindo y acogedor, tiene muchos detalles que te hacen sentir en un hogar. Las recomendaciones que me dio Emma me fueron de gran utilidad. La ubicación es buena y en la esquina pasa el camión que te deja directo en la Alhambra y la Catedral queda muy cerca.

• Derek (8/5): Quiet comfortable apartment in central location - Comfortable, well equipped apartment. Excellent location for buses and taxis to Alhambra , short walk to cathedral and close to Albaicín. On a side street so very quiet at night. Key pick up v easy. No possibility to drop off bags early which was tricky as 2 of us had timed entry slots at Alhambra before check in time. No one had cleaned under bed, prior person’s socks spotted! Hairs on bathroom floor.
• Alan (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is very close to the old town with all its restaurants bar and shops. It is a ten minutes bus ride to/from the train station. The apartment is basic with a small kitchen in need of modernising. The noise from the street on Friday and Saturday nights is very bad coming from the surrounding bars. I wouldn't come back.

• Watt (10/5): Lovely apartment in a perfect location - Perfect location right in the centre, really clean and well laid out apartment with super comfy beds and a bath with lots of hot water, which was lovely as we had one really cold day so it was nice to come back and have a hot bath, Emma the host was lovely and messaged to see if we needed anything, the building was really quiet we didn’t hear any other residents and it felt very safe as you have a key to enter the building and one for the apartment, yes there is a little bit of noise from the front bedroom but it is a city so you expect this and it didn’t bother my mum who stayed in that room. Free WiFi and a tv which we didn’t watch as too busy exploring the lovely city and endless eateries, we had a couple of chilly evenings so we just switched on the heaters in the bedroom before we went out for dinner and it was lovely and cosy when we got back. We couldn’t fault it and recommend it thank you ☺️

• Cristina (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is very good, close to beautiful restaurants and walking distance towards turistic attractions. It was very cold in the apartment and this was not very convenient since we were with a small child.

There is supermarket at the corner of the building and very convenient. The room is cozy and the host is quite nice. We had been there in winter. It is very cold in the room and we have to turn on all the heaters, but still feel cold.

Plenty of heating options if the weather is cold. Just great. Everything was great. The bedroom overlooking the street was obviously noisier. Suggest the person in there uses earplugs if they’re not used to city night time noise.
