• Claudia (9/5): Ich würde das Apartement empfehlen - Die Lage von dem Apartement ist prima, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Das Apartement ist gut ausgestattet, die Terasse wirklich schön. Die Pfannen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden.

• Federica (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno a LANZAROTE - La posizione era davvero ottimale, la casa con ampi spazi comuni, il balcone verandato è stato lo spazio più usato! mille punti per la lavatrice (di cui abbiamo dovuto comprare il sapone, gli ospiti dopo di noi sicuramente ci avranno ringraziato). ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. ho dovuto chiedere più volte il motivo delle recensioni negative sulla "doccia che non funziona" la risposta alla fine era che: la casa ha un boiler, quindi quando ci si fa la doccia bisogna far attenzione al consumo d'acqua... sapendolo noi NON ABBIAMO MAI AVUTO PROBLEMI DI ACQUA CALDA Essendo un appartamento sarebbe meglio lasciare sempre dei prodotti basici come 4 capsule del caffè (1 cad.), del sale, dello zucchero eccetera

• Stephen (6/5): Was very nice apartment just a bad smell and poor shower. One of the outside chairs was also broken. Apart from that the - Clean and tidy good location Bad smell when entering the property and shower wasn’t great.
• Joseph (9/5): Perfect base to explore Puerto Del Carmen and Lanzarote, especially the sunny and private terrace - Amazing location, with ocean and sunset views from the large terrace Sometimes ran out of hot water for showers. Limited having only one set of keys.
• Stanley (2/5): Very poor - Not much The main bedroom was directly above a shop. It was open early in the morning until late at night. Very noisy until late at night. The bathroom smelled really bad.
• Philip (7/5): Amazing location clean and tidy could just do with a bit more comfort - Amazing location, the balcony Noise from shop late at night and early morning. Tv could do with a few English channels as we didn’t go out every night. The settee is a bit low and uncomfortable but that is minor.
• Paul (9/5): Would definitely book again - Lovely property and well equipped and located. Spent a week at the property and would expect sheets and towels to be replaced in that duration. A safe would have been a great addition.
• Fiona (9/5): Superb - Very clean, well located within easy walk of restaurants, shops etc and facilities in the apartment were also good. Nothing.

• Linda (10/5): Amazing value for money. - The apartment was fantastic. Everything you need and three adults had plenty of space. The beds were so comfortable too. Effortless check in with great instructions and a late check out was invaluable. Sometimes the traffic outside early morning can disturb sleep but can't fault the accommodation.
