- Pavel (10/5): Una estadía cálida, cómoda y memorable, con un servicio excepcional! - Me encantó el trato del personal. Todos fueron muy atentos, amables y con una vocación de servicio memorable. Los desayunos tenían muy buenas opciones y estaban muy sabrosos; en especial el chocolate caliente, que fue excelente y lo bebería por siempre. Durante mi estadía tuve un percance y necesité dinero en efectivo para pagar algo, pero no podía retirarlo en ese momento. Una persona del staff me ayudó a conseguirlo y, aunque luego se lo repagué, ese gesto de ayuda y confianza fue algo que realmente recordaré. También me encantó el detalle en la entrada, donde tienen diferentes plantas identificadas con sus nombres. Definitivamente volvería. No tengo comentarios negativos importantes sobre mi estadía. La experiencia fue muy agradable y el servicio del personal hizo que todo se sintiera cómodo, cálido y bien cuidado.

Todo lo que le solicitamos a pesar que eramos exigente porque no podíamos comer de todo. Raquel hizo todo con tal diligencia que la recomiendo como para ser jefa del staff. Algunas comidas como el consomé de pollo, estaba ínsipido. Y el pollo parrilla también insípido. Salvo cuando la joven Raquel del restaurante lo solicitaba especificanente nos llevaba con buen punto de sal y con su condimento. Creo el restaurante no desea pasarse de sal y lo entiendo, pero tener cuidado con la sazón que no falte. Solicitamos un sandwich de pollo, realmente no nos gustó, la salsa de champiñones hace que el pan se moje demasiado. El desayuno espectacular.

Booking debe ser más claro con las tarifas no les queda bien , igualmente en la página dice Hilton y no es así : deben ser claros y decir que es BY-HILTON que no es igual

Tem uma péssima localização não tem nada perto , tudo distante e o trânsito em Bogotá é caótico. O café da manhã é bem mais ou menos e a piscina do spa precisa ser paga para ser usada. A carta de vinhos é péssima e caríssima. Não recomendo! Muito caro para o que oferece.

El hotel es muy limpio y cómodo, ¡¡Ubicado frente a la estación de policía de Bogotá!! También hay cerca comercios y plazas con tiendas. El hotel nos debió comunicar que tiene traslado del aeropuerto gratuito, tuvimos que pagar traslado :(. El desayuno si necesita mejorar en sabor y calidad de los alimentos.

- Lía (7/5): - Lindo y limpio, el personal amable. Nos recibieron con una cookie cada uno y café en la habitación. La ubicación bien cerca del aeropuerto La ducha hacía un ruido ensordecedor, para bañarnos nos tuvimos que tapar los oídos era muy fuerte. Reclamamos y nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación. Pero ya era tarde y estábamos cansados. Con mantenimiento preventivo deberían evitarse estas cosas. Y en cuanto a las instalaciones no me gusto que la pared de la ducha es vidriada y se transparentaba todo. Poca intimidad.

Las zonas humedas estan condicionadas a el spa y a realizar un pago adicional para estos servicios, seria bueno que fueran de uso de todos los huespedes, adicionalmente, el desasyuno pudo ser un poco mas variado.
