- Mona (1/5): COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE - I DONT LIKE ANYTHING I regret to share my experience living in this apartment. There have been several ongoing issues that have yet to be resolved, despite multiple complaints: Cockroaches Everywhere: We have encountered cockroaches in every room, including the living room. This is not only uncomfortable but also a major hygiene concern. Broken Toilet in Master Room: The toilet in the master bedroom is unusable. After flushing, waste comes out from the back of the toilet. We’ve complained about this issue before, but there has been no action taken. Non-Functional Water Heater: The water heater doesn’t work, leaving us without hot water. It’s incredibly inconvenient, especially during (Rainy days) Faulty Kettle Pot: The kettle pot is broken, and we’ve been forced to use the microwave to heat water. This is highly inconvenient and not acceptable. It’s frustrating that these issues have not been addressed, and it’s negatively impacting our living experience. I would not recommend this apartment due to the lack of maintenance and unresolved problems
