Audrey (9/5): Vue magnifique et proche de toutes commodités - Appartement très propre et bien équipé, accueil par Oksana très agréable ! La vue depuis les terrasses est magnifique. La situation géographique est top, proche du supermarché, des plages, des restaurants et commerces. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec l'eau chaude, le propriétaire a été très réactif. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Ce n'est qu'un détail mais il manquerait un four dans la cuisine !

Silke (7/5): Tolle Aussicht und Lage - aber defekte Kilma, kein WLAN und ekelhaftes unhygienisches Badezimmer - Super zentral und toller Ausblick!! Küche und Kühlschrank sind sauber. Wohnfläche und Balkon optimal. Man darf die Pools mitbenützen, obwohl das Apartment privat vermietet wird. Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Reklamation mit einer netten Nachricht reagiert (wir hatten aber nichts mehr davon). Die Klimaanlage und das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Als wir angekommen sind, war eine brütende Hitze im Apartment und alle Vorhänge offen. Die Nacht war eine absolute Qual für uns und für die Kinder. Nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser war bei der Ankunft im Kühlschrank. Wir wurden nicht persönlich empfangen - mussten die Schlüssel aus einem Schlüsselsafe entnehmen und waren den gesamten Aufenthalt uns selbst überlassen. Bezüglich Klima haben wir uns 2x per WhatsApp an Oxana gewandt. Beim ersten Mal bekamen wir eine nicht brauchbare Antwort - bei der 2. Kontaktaufnahme keine Antwort mehr. Wir waren (als Patchwork-Familie) mit 2 den zwei kleinen Kindern meines Mannes und meinen zwei Jugendlichen dort. Das Badezimmer ist zwar augenscheinlich neu aber in einem sehr üblen hygienischen Zustand. Die Dusche läuft über - so, dass das ganze Badezimmer überschwemmt ist und die Fugen sind total SCHWARZ schimmelig, was man auch beim Betreten schon RIECHT. Die Badezimmertür ist total aufgezogen. Von der WC Bürste reden wir gar nicht - so ekelig war die. Der WC Deckel ist locker. Am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes kam ein Mann bezüglich unserer Beschwerde vorbei, der sagte, dass das für die nächsten Gäste dann behoben werden würde. Das brachte uns leider nichts mehr. Wir mussten zusätzlich zum Preis per PayPal eine Kaution von EUR 250,00 hinterlegen, die wir aber am Abreisetag anstandslos sofort zurückerstattet bekommen haben. Der Betrag für die Unterkunft musste auf ein belgisches Konto überwiesen werden, was uns zuerst verwirrte, aber von Booking.com so bestätigt wurde. Wir haben vom Eigentümer auch sofort den Zahlungseingang bestätigt bekommen. Das Appartement wird PRIVAT geführt und hat mit dem Atlantis (außer, dass es im selben Gebäude ist) nichts zu tun. Das ist erst nach der Buchung erkennbar.
caroline (9/5): Fantastic apartment - Excellent position for the pool. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Loads of space on 2 floors. Lovely swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds. No oven and the whole place could do with an upgrade but that would not put me off staying again. No balls or lilos allowed in any pool.

Jc (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was in a great location with just a 3 minute walk to Fanabe Beach. Very spacious yet homely with great sea views from 2 balcony's on separate floors. Pool area was great with 3 pools and ample sunbeds. Slava the property owner was very good. But a huge shout out to Oksana who manages arrivals, id left my laptop in the apartment and only realised at the airport with my flight departure within an hour :( and Oksana went out of her way to drive the laptop to me at the airport...thank you again Oksana!

Fanni (10/5): Exceptional - The best apartment in Tenerife. Everything was perfect, the apartman, the location, the view, the host. I want to go back every year. My whole family loved it. It was perfect for 6 people. Adeje is a beautiful city. We stayed near to the beach and the city. Everything was perfect!!!
Kieran (8/5): Very good - The location is great close to beach restaurants etc. There are 3 pools so great for families. View from balcony was lovely. Comfortable beds & fully equipped kitchen. Would recommend it & will return. Noise from birds on roof near apartment. Some electrical sockets are loose & need to be fixed.
