• Evelynne (5/5): Good location. The property needs some attention. - There was mould on the middle floor toilet door and wall. Many of the walls were dirty, particularly the walls in the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed. The shower in the upstairs bathroom essentially didn't work. After my first shower, I opted instead to sit in an empty bath with the water running and use a cloth to bathe instead of using the shower because it was more efficient, and there wasn't enough hot water to have baths every time. The kitchen counter was mouldy/dirty on the side panels.
• Caroline (9/5): Superb - A beautiful apartment with everything that you need and a bit more. Very comfortable and nice. The view from some rooms was straight into an ugly industrial area.

• Anthony (7/5): Great for a short stay in Byron Bay - Good location. Very spacious. Safe and secure. Upstairs shower needs maintenance. Cleaning, particularly the kitchen, was below par. It advertises private pool but in fact you are sharing with at least 4 other appartments.

• Caitlin (9/5): Stylish large apartment with easy access to shared pool - The apartment is gorgeous and very well appointed. The spaces are large and the kitchen and living areas in particular are very stylish. Location, communication with the host and access were all very good. Unfortunately the air conditioning was temporarily not working for our stay however the host kindly let us know this in advance (before arrival) and helpfully made adjustments for us around this. Aside from this it was a lovely place to stay.

• Poolman (10/5): Byron Bay Butter Factory stay - The unit was great, lots of living space, balconies, great pool access, amazing location away from the absolute hustle & bustle but close enough to easily walk to the supermarket, restaurants and beach. Our host was very accommodating with extra requests and we had a lovely stay. Nothing! Everything was great, just sad to leave after only 2 nights. Would definitely stay here again.
