• Karin (9/5): Klein unf fein, wir kommen sicher wieder! - Top Qualität bei einer zugleich familiären Atmosphäre. Älteres Gebäude neuwertig renoviert, mit Gefühl und Mut zur Veränderung umgestaltet. Der Art, das Frühstück zu gestalten merkt man an, hier weiß jemand hochwertige Lebensmittel zu schätzen und hat eine tiefe Liebe zum Kochen, zur Gastronomie.

• Monika (4/5): Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passte nicht. Da hatte ich mir viel mehr erwartet. - Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und gerade mal ausreichend. Das Jour Gebäck wurde aufgebacken und war zu wenig- vom Supermarkt? Gerade bei einem guten Koch erwartet man etwas Besonderes vor allem auch beim Gebäck, Brot gab es keines. Kuchen auch keinen. Keinen Orangensaft oder sonstiges , nur Wasser und Kaffee. Das Spiegelei war verbraten. Nicht besonders schön anzusehen. Das wurde ich daheim noch einmal machen. Das würde ich so nicht vorsetzen. Das Rührei nur so ohne Deko. Omelett gab es nicht. Wenn ich dass daheim meinen Kindern mache tue ich wenigstens Schnittlauch drauf. Oder Paprika oder sonst irgend etwas. Das Waschbecken war unbrauchbar (viel zu hoch), Ich bin 1,60 m und das Waschbecken war bei 115- 1,20 m. Das Bett war eine hohe Holztruhe (ca. 70 cm hoch mit weicher Matratze drinnen). Das Aufstehen ist dadurch extrem erschwert , da man jedes Mal mit dem Oberschenkel über die harte hohe Bettkante drüber muss. Es gibt keinen Schrank, sondern nur eine Garderobe. Wenn man ein Fenster öffnen will muss man über das hohe und tiefe Waschbecken drüber langen. Schwierig. Dass Bettzeug war nicht gebügelt. Im Crash Look. Schaut für mich nicht einladend aus. Kein Nachtkasterl, sondern mit Fliesen ausgelegte Nischen. Für mich (ich richte gerne Wohnungen, Häuser ein) ein gesamtheitlich weder praktisch noch architektonisch/einrichtungstechnisch gelungenes Zimmer. Ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Ich habe Vergleiche in allen Zimmerkategorien, da ich viel reise.

Ein schöner Altbau, super in Szene gesetzt. Das Innendesign ist unglaublich ansprechend - für Architekturfans ein Highlight. Viele kleine, äußerst hochwertige Details (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, …). Das Frühstück war dem Michelin-Restaurant absolut würdig - ein weiteres Highlight. Jederzeit gerne wieder!! Einfach top!!

Delicious breakfast - and dinner at the Michelin star restaurant was exceptional, obviously because of the food, wine and delicious non alcoholic pairing, but just as much because they manage to keep it casual and cosy and not Michelin posh as it sometimes happens at Michelin places. The rooms are beautiful, every detail of the simple decoration has been carefully curated. From the comfortable mattresses to the green tile shower, the salon quality hair dryer, vola faucets, etc. But most of all we hope to return for the wonderful, welcoming staff - here you feel at home. They asked us a banking iban so that they could return some money back. After more than a month we didn't get back nothing. Also we got no answer back to our complaing message. It was a really bad professional attitude!
