- Anita (5/5): Lepše na slikah, kot v resnici - Dovolj velik apartma, na prvi pogled lep in moderen. Ključe smo prevzeli v keyboxu, ko smo prišli v apartma smo ugotovili, da posteljnina ni bila preoblečena in da v stanovanju mrgoli žuželk, med drugim tudi v posodah, kar je razvidno iz slike. To smo takoj napisali nastanitvi, vendar smo odgovor prejeli šele naslednji dan in čistilka je prišla še en dan kasneje preobleči postelje. Res ni hujšega, kot da prideš na umazano posteljnino. Prav tako, sta pod objektom 2 parkirišči v senci, ostala parkirišča so na soncu. Parkirali smo v senci, ker je bilo prosto in nas je ena gospa-verjetno čistilka, takoj upozorila, da je to parkirno mesto od lastnika. Nismo jezni na njo, ampak ne vem če je ravno pravi način lastnika, saj njega tam ni bilo niti 1x, v 5 dneh, ki smo jih tam preživeli.

SUPER Kontakt z gospodarzem można poprawić .Nie zawsze odpowiada na sms y Nieproszeni goście -mróweczki .Ale taki klimat.

- Anna (8/5): Udany pobyt - Czysty, przestrzenny apartament. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządcą. Ładny, duży taras z widokiem. Darmowy parking Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia, problem z ciepłą wodą, nie zawsze działała. Pierwszego dnia nie działała winda i wniesienie bagażu na 3 piętro było trochę problematyczne.
- Michelle (4/5): Würde ich leider nicht wieder buchen - Parkplatz vorhanden, gutes WLAN Boden war komplett dreckig in allen Zimmern, überall lagen Haare rum, 1 Klopapierrolle für 2 Wochen, keine Essentials wie Salz, Pfeffer, obwohl Streuer da waren, die aber leer waren. Keine große Pfanne, kein Öl, kein Backpapier, keine Auflaufform, keine Schüsseln, Bett sehr unbequem und hart, Couch durchgelegen, Dusche schimmelt komplett und war nicht geputzt&läuft sehr schlecht ab, auf der Couch lagen überall Haare und Krümel, Oberflächen waren dreckig und nicht abgewischt. Hund der den ganzen Tag viel bellt gegenüber, ab und zu Baulärm Am 2. Tag kam dann nochmal die Putzkraft, aber danach war es nicht wirklich besser, es wird einfach nicht gründlich gereinigt sondern nur schnell und grob (Besen und kurz durchgewischt) Hier wird sich einfach keine Mühe gegeben, Wohnung wird während des gesamten Aufenthalts auch nicht nochmal gereinigt, man selbst hat nur einen Besen zur Verfügung, Pool nicht beheizt, Rückmeldung dauert mind. immer einen Tag wenn man Probleme hat

За такую цену рекомендую - Расположение, удобно стоянка, балкон и бассейн, кухня хорошая, большой яркий телевизор, стабильное интернет подключение Грязный пол в пыли был, за время пребывания уборку никто не делал, у сковороды большего размера не было крышки и её не принесли Диван в гостиной ужасный - тоненький матрас и основание из горизонтальных пружин, часть из них была выпавшая. Спать на таком неудобно Рядом почти каждый день утром рано и вечером лаяла собака громко. Зеркалом в шкафу трудно пользоваться, так как открыть дверцу полностью нельзя из-за шторы на окне

- Ben (4/5): - Ruim appartement in een rustige omgeving. Wel ver verwijderd van alles, maar dat wisten we. Prima zwembad met douche, bedjes en parasol. Je ziet dat hier een bedrijf achter zit en geen particulier. Het draait alleen om geld verdienen. Op mijn vraag halverwege de week of de handdoeken gewisseld konden worden, kreeg ik te horen dat dat alleen tegen betaling kon. Wel is er een wasmachine, maar geen wasmiddel. Alleen een klein flesje shampoo (zie foto). Geen koffie apparaat. Tegels bij zwembad spekglad. Regelmatig mensen onderuit zien gaan. Water in de douchebak en de wastafel loopt niet weg, het wordt letterlijk een zwembad. Is gewoon een kwestie van afvoer schoonmaken. Douchekop blijft niet hangen. Deze moet je dus in je hand vast houden (zie foto). Vloer in appartement wordt alleen geveegd en niet gedweild. Na 1 uur al zwarte voeten. Zittingen van de stoelen op het ballon kapot. De hond van het huis schuin tegenover woont buiten en blaft de hele avond.

- Maria (10/5): - The apartment was amazing. Very comfortable. Had all amanities. The pool was the highlight of our stay. Beds were not so comfortable but bearable for a short stay
- Nanninka (9/5): - Ubytovanie bolo pekné, čisté, klimatizované, dobre vybavené. Bazén čistý, dostatok lehátok, príjemné prostredie okolo, vysadená zeleň, slnečníky. Ubytovanie je je v tichom prostredí, neďaleko centra. Na presuny sme využívali prenajaté auto z požičovne. Apartmán bol veľmi dobre presvetlený. V spálni aj v obývacej miestnosti boli balkóny, jeden bol so stolíkom a stoličkami, aj so sušiakom na prádlo. Výhodou bola pre nás práčka, ktorú sme pri deťoch využili. Parkovacích miest je dostatok, večer osvetlené. Wifi fungovalo dobre, v TV bolo len pár programov, tie sme nesledovali. Mali sme svoj Netlflix. Ubytovanie sa nám, páčilo, celkovo sme boli spokojní. Určite odporúčam. Gauč, ktorý bol rozkladací a bol určený na spanie je uz dosť opotrebovaný ("vysedený "). Nebol teda úplne pohodlný. V TV by som prijala, keby bol možno aspoň nejaký hudobný kanál. Panvice sme tiež nevyužili, už by potrebovali vymeniť.
- Varnavas (8/5): Generally very good place to stay - Other guests did not respect the rules of the compound. I.e a lot of noise in the evening, not respecting public place i.e swimming pool. (Making the compound like it was their home) These rules need to be monitored by management and take immediate actions if other guests are not respecting

- Ben (2/5): Very poor - We turned up and the place was a mess! Didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a week, the previous peoples bedding was there, hair and crums in the bed…the rest of the apartment was a mess also, dirty plates were left in the sink, sharp knife’s left on the side! Sofa bed was so dirty it was like somebody had picnic on it and packed it away! The floor throughout the apartment was dirty! Was not impressed at all!
- George (8/5): Lovely apartment with great facilities - The apartment was very well set up with all amenities one could want and comfortable furnished with excellent air conditioning. The owner Adolph lives on site and was delightful, always checking that we were comfortable, had everything we wanted and generally keeping any eye on the overall operation of the apartments. We had a problem with our TV on arrival - it seems the previous guests had reset the TV settings and changed the language and channel access. This is understandable and we recognise that it is not something the management has any control over. However despite reporting the issue to the Property Manager the day after our arrival it took six days for the problem to be fixed which we did not think was reasonable. In fact it was only after the owner Adolph got involved that the problem was sorted out. I would recommend to prevent this happening in future that either someone disables the ability of guests to change TV settings or after each guest departs they are restored to original settings before the new guests check-in. This was our only gripe during our three week stay.

- Andre (10/5): Exceptional - Everyhing in the apartments and in the building was new and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. The wifi was working without problems. The weather was really hot, but AC was working well. The beaches close-by are really nice. Small shops are about 10min walk, where you can get almot everyhing. Bus stop is also really close to the building, would suggest using these buses. The location is a bit far from attractions, the beach is 30min walk, so is bigger shops and city center. This was problematic, as the weather was really hot. With normal weather all these places are a pleasant walk away. The additional bed in the living room is with a thin mattress and opens up from a couch (ok, but not the most comfortable bed). Overall good value for money paid and everything was great!

There was enough parking spots, maybe due to the fact that not all apts were occupied. The cleanliness was perfect. We could hear noise (loud music) during evening/night throught the door (not through the walls) from the closest apt. The apt was equipped very well, just one thing missing - at least one coffea maker (like Nespresso) would be nice, i had that even in cheaper apts in Cyprus.
