- Soaibuzzaman (1/5): Bad - The property was mainly clean and comfortable. It is also close to the train station. This property is managed by CleanBNB. Unfortunately, the host was not helpful at all during my stay. I spent a week there to attend a conference and required an invoice for my expenses. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host via WhatsApp and email, they did not respond. After contacting Booking.com regarding this issue, the host eventually sent me an invoice, which reflected a lesser amount. Booking.com charged me €650 for the booking, yet the host provided an invoice for only €500, which was quite frustrating and puzzling. I followed up with several emails to clarify this discrepancy, but I never received a reply.

- Milana (6/5): Pleasant - Clean Location is good. Quiet part of the city near the center The air conditioner didn’t work. Work was underway to restore the facade. In the morning, workers walked through the scaffolding and made noise. They prevented me from sleeping. The staff has 2 support chats. One answers once a day and cannot properly answer questions and the second, who also cannot answer all questions properly and redirects to the first. The wrong Wi-Fi password is indicated on the instruction sheet. The door lock, where you have to enter a long code each time and turn the handle several times is not a very convenient system.
