• Dorit (10/5): דירה נהדרת שממוקמת מצוין - דירה נהדרת ומאוד נוחה. מאובזרת בכל מה שנחוץ ממוקמת מצוין, שתי דקות הליכה מתחנת Bond street. רוברט מנהל המקום מאוד נחמד ושירותי. מאוד נהנינו מהדירה הגענו לאחר שעות המשרד ותהליך קבלת הדירה התבצע מול שרות לקוחות והיה מאוד לא נח.

• Basheer (1/5): Was so terrible that I had to move out two days before my rent expired as I didn’t want to ruin my holiday. - Location Was on the fifth floor, The staircase was narrow difficult to carry your suitcases upstairs and frustratingly no porter service in the whole building to help. The lack of reception and porter service made my stay very inconvenient as you have to call the general office for any question. No lift, No microwave and the worst part of it no cleaning service. No extra or spare beddings and towels. There is also no air conditioning in the building.

• Mohammed (3/5): Poor - The location is the best. This is the second time to book on viridian Apartments, but unfortunately I booked in Darley house, No elevator, and they give us the last floor and the stairs very small only one person can walk, and this time unfortunately Mr. Robert was not friendly with us and not helpful at all. It was last time for me with Viridian Apartment, I don’t recommend anyone to book in Darley House.

• William (10/5): Exceptional - the apartment was fantastic, clean, tidy, and a much better option than a hotel room. Robert and the staff went above and beyond what I expected in terms of service. Will gladly stay here again in the future.
• Greg (4/5): Disappointing - I think it is too bad you don’t keep a spare set of linens in the place. It was a main reason we stayed here. And you never mentioned linens were not in the unit nor was it intuitive how to ask. Very disappointed

• Fahdah (5/5): Passable - It’s safe, the location was great near to my fair and regent st , When we arrived there was no one there, we wait for more than 20 minutes to find someone give us the key There was no concierge person on the desk My reservation was for 3 persons and we pay more for this but the apartment was prepared for two only We tried to contact them with no response 4th day someone come and fix the sofa bed after from the first day they said we will come and no body come until the 4th day Our stay was for 5 night, they said no cleaning during ur stay because it less than 6 night ! There was no tissue from the 2nd day so they bring some when they come to fix the Sophabed I was disappointed, the stuff wasn’t cooperative

• Christina (10/5): Next time in London - this is THE place to stay - The perfect stay startede before arrival, with Robert texting on WhatsApp, wanted to check if we was in need of anything before our arrival. When we arrived, Robert was the perfect host - His service level was over the moon. From showing Us the apparent to helping Us with direction and following Us to the right platform when departure. The apartment is 10/10 - Can’t describe, you have to see.

• Angela (10/5): Faultless stay from start to finish, exceptional apartments in a perfect location - Faultless stay in a beautiful apartment. Everything in the apartment was 10/10. The apartment itself had beautiful soft furnishings throughout. The bathroom/shower facilities were incredible and the kitchen/dinning room space was like nothing I'd experienced before. Ideally situated just yards from Oxford Street these apartments really are the perfect stay/location for stays in central London and will be returning for sure. There was genuinely nothing that I didn't like during my stay. Everything worked perfectly, the location is superb and the apartments are simply stunning.

• Thomas (10/5): Luxury at its best, if only I could live here! - Best location in London in my opinion. In the center of everything but on a lovely quiet road. Inside the apartment was decorated beautifully, comfiest bed I have ever slept on. A few minutes walk to Bond Street station. Great shopping and amazing choice of restaurants including Michelin star ones. Everything was perfect, what makes the stay stand out for me was the excellent service level. The onsite concierge gives you help, advice and recommendations.
