• Love (8/5): Very good - Spacious and modern apartment, nice interior. Very central location in nice neighbourhood. Walking distance to eg Duomo. Would be nice to have two bottles in water in the fridge upon guests arrival. Small detail but adds a lot after a long journey.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. It is very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent. The pillows on the bed were a bit too hard.

Extremely quiet and safe at night. - The location was fabulous, very close walking distance to the cathedral, park and Teatro alla Scala. It was a very roomy apartment with comfortable armchairs and big screen TV. The communication was excellent. Easy to follow the directions to gain access. I would definitely recommend this place. Very minor issues, but the split system Aircon’s are really noisy. The basin tap was just a trickle. There were no dishwasher tablets. The stairs up one flight could be tricky for some, but no worries for us. The location and charm of the apartment more than compensated for this.

Great outlook over Roman archeological site. Apartment lacked food basics, making preparation of meals difficult. Noisy upstairs neighbors into early hours of the morning. No dish towels or sponges for hand washing of plates or cutlery. Really needs a clothes washer.

• Lt75 (9/5): Great spot in central Milan. - Location is great, barely 10 minutes walk to Duomo and quiet at night. Polite host, helpful and easy to access. Apartment is great and newly renovated in an old building with lots of construction going on so can be a bit noisy at time. Perhaps piping odours can be improved with time despite host doing lots of efforts to minimise.

My communication with staff ( Peter) was very smooth, they accomodate me with all my requests, so I really could enjoy my trip in Milan. The place in so close to main attractions, just 5-10 min walk, beautiful street and view from windows, so clean as a new property with all necessary equipments. Highly recommended!

Host is very communicative and friendly. There are stairs to climb to the apartment which might be hard if you have luggage. At night there is no light on the stairs; you must use a flashlight or cell phone light.
