Il y a un stationnement juste devant, quoiqu'il faut réserver, mais c'est super pratique. L'appartement est très grand en duplex avec 2 terraces et il est très bien équipé. Nous avons eu la chance que c'était la Design Week et nous avons grandement apprécié les cadeaux laissés pour nous à notre arrivée! MERCI! Il n'y a pas de femme de ménage qui passe chaque jour, pour un plus long séjour, c'est un peu moins pratique.

• Eva (10/5): Wonderful! - Beautiful, clean, and spacious apartment. Just around the corner, there was a bakery with very delicious pastries. The Duomo was only a five-minute walk away, and everything is within walking distance. The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful.

The check-in and check-out went smoothly. The location is spectacular - a short walk to Duomo, 30 minutes to Parc Sempione, Navigli and the beautiful basilicas, direct bus or metro to Milano Centrale. 10/10 would recommend.🌷

The host was very responsive and helpful Generally there was a problem about the temprature of the house, sometimes it was warm and sometimes it was very chill and also the water coming from the showers were very little and not very hot but other than this everything was great

Short walking distance to Duomo, most of attractions and restaurants. We were able to get a very fast support while our stay from the online customer service. We would love to stay again if we go back next time! And I will definitely suggest it to my friends! All good, thank you so much!

If you want to leave the stuff and suitcase before or after check-in, they do offer the place to keep the luggage and the staffs are friendly; however, the place to store the luggage is quite far away from the apartment. (Need transportation to get to the place)

There is also a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and an iron. Our reservation was for 8 days. There were free cleaning visits every two days, along with replenished water bottles and coffee capsules. The host is very helpful ( antonio and paola ) The apartment smells nice, but the building has an unpleasant smell, especially the corridor between the apartments.

The location is good everything was just a 10-20 minute walk there was a grocery store that was less than 5 minutes away. The apartment was clean and spacious. Luca welcomed us to the apartment he was super nice and answered all of our questions. The rest of the team were answering all of our questions in WhatsApp and were super helpful Konstantin, Antonio, Ronard and Michele. The elevator was small (only holds 2 people at a time) but if you were a fan of heritage you would love it, a bit inconvenient but interesting. When visiting Milan again I would definitely check out Heart Milan Apartments as an option for accommodation.

• Sarp (8/5): Very good - Super clean. Very nicely renovated and decorated. Super location. Some basic kitchen items like salt and pepper were missing. The lift was a bit scary.
