• May Nah (10/5): Lovely apartment on a great location - I really like the location of this apartment. It’s within 5mins walk to the Musegg wall and the various watch towers. Our unit has a small balcony overlooking a green garden and walls. Located on an elevated ground, I like the fact that it’s only 20mins walk to the heart of the old town but nice and quiet at night. The host Ralph is extremely helpful and gave good advice. We had a wonderful time in Luzern! Oh I also appreciate the elevator in the building so I do not have to hand carry my luggage up/down the stairs. This is precious for European buildings. Ralph also reserved a parking for us which is excellent. Nothing really except for the short walk uphill at the end of the day. But that is a very good way to digest our desserts!

• Abdul (10/5): beautiful apartment at an ideal location. - Ralph is a great host. He made sure our stay was comfortable. He was kind to pick and drop us at the station. The apartment is 10-15 minutes walk to centre and is 2 min walk to bus stations to take you to city centre. The apartment is clean and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable and kitchen has everything one needs ( plates, cups, utensils, frying pans etc). Toilet was clean and had basic creams, hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc. Microwave, stove and oven worked well. Enough towels were given for our 6 day stay. View from the balcony was great. Everything was perfect. Just a reminder that one needs to pay tourist tax which is not included in booking.

Se encuentra a muy poco caminando del casco histórico, muralla medieval (visible desde el departamento), y con una vista espectacular a un espacio verde y al Monte Pilatus. Párrafo aparte para Ralph, su muy atento anfitrión, quien no solamente fue excelente en todo aspecto relacionado con el apartamento, sino que tuvo la delicadeza de irnos a buscar a nuestra llegada y llevarnos a la estación de tren a la vuelta!!! Es un lugar para volver una y mil veces, y por supuesto, recomendar sin lugar dudas Imposible que algo no te guste de este hermoso apartamento. Fue una de las experiencias de alojamiento mejores que he tenido ( sino la mejor…)

• Behrooz (10/5): - The apartment is located in a cosy neighborhood which is peaceful and quiet, and also conveniently accessible to the train station and the main attractions of Lucerne. It was clean and well managed, with all the facilities you need. The biggest positive point is the host (Ralph) who is a nice and highly respectful person, very communicative and kind as well. He also kindly drove me to the train station after I checked out, which was a big help. I would definitely recommend this place and Ralph as a host to everyone. I hope I can come back again.

He kindly offered us rides to and from the station, which we greatly appreciated, especially with our luggage and rain. He also provided a city card that covered our transportation costs and gave us helpful suggestions whenever needed. The place was very clean, located in a quiet area with beautiful views. Walking trails nearby led to many of Luzern’s iconic spots. And for those who prefer not to walk uphill, a bus stop was conveniently located less than a minute away. Kitchen was a bit compact with no dishwasher. But since we were just two people, there wasn't a lot of cooking or washing, was manageable.
• Gleb (10/5): Magnificent apartment - A stunning, cozy apartment, newly available after renovation, fully stocked with everything you might need — dishes, appliances, shower essentials, a capsule coffee machine, kettle, and even chocolates. The bed (165x200), the sofa bed (165x200), and the pillows are all very comfortable. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy an amazing view across the park toward Mount Pilatus and the fortress tower (sed the picture). The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood — ideal for light sleepers. It’s just a beautiful 5-minute walk through the park to the old city walls. The host, Ralph, is wonderful and attentive, living in the same building (therefore check-in is super easy). A Lucerne tourist e-card (sent by email) is provided, giving free travel around the city (bus 18 runs from Luzern Bahnhof to the apartment). It’s hard to imagine a better place to explore Lucerne❤️! Nothing, I swear)

• Silke (9/5): Ruhige Wohnung mit allem Drum und Dran und netter Aussicht - Sehr netter Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und bemüht. Schöne ruhige Lage. Alles sauber, viele zusätzliche Dinge im Badezimmer vorhanden (besser nicht so viel eigene Sachen wegen Platzmangel mitbringen). Kleiner Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Gute Busanbindung. Schnelles WLAN. Wer trotz Urlaub Nachrichten verfolgen will, vermisst vielleicht einen Fernsehanschluss. Ansonsten super TV mit Netflix.
• Anton (10/5): Hospitality and service with a good location - 1. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need. 2. I did not check the level of cleanliness, but considering that my chronic diseases did not worsen, it was probably very clean. 3. The owner was very polite, kind, friendly and responsive. 4. High-quality, good coffee in abundance! 5. A wonderful view from the window of the mountains and one of the towers of the city wall. 6. The windows have metal roller blinds, which allows you to sleep peacefully in the morning without fear of being awakened by excess light. 1. On the first morning, I was awakened by the noise of construction work that was taking place in the house. Someone was knocking on the wall. In addition, there was noise from road work that was being carried out on the street. 2. In general, I think that the soundproofing is not very good, because I also heard the sound of the TV on in the morning. All this did not allow me to fall asleep again and I noted fatigue, lethargy, was in an extremely bad mood and was very angry all day. 3. I also did not like that before check-in, when I requested a particularly thorough cleaning due to my chronic pulmonary diseases, the owner asked me for an additional amount. As a result, I was forced to give up the need for perfect cleanliness (which, in principle, is self-evident). Because of all this, I initially wanted to give the final score - 1 point. But nevertheless, later it seemed to me that the pros outweighed the cons.

• Anna (10/5): Ralph, our host was very friendly and met us at the apartment. He gave us early check in which was great. We had a view - The view was amazing. Kitchen had all the amenities that you needed. Good location. It was comfortable and Host provided everything that you needed like chargers, cleaning supplies, umbrellas, slippers and even robes. He even provided an air conditioning unit since we were in the middle of a heat wave. It was perfect for our family of 4.

• Heather (10/5): Magical Week in Lucerne - We can't say enough good things about our stay here. Ralph was friendly, communicative, welcoming, considerate, and accommodating, helped us get to know the area, and was just all around a great host. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (cleaning supplies, toiletries, even house shoes!), and had easy access to everything - nearby conveniences, groceries, restaurants, and the train station. The balcony overlooks a beautiful yard and lush trees, and the view of Mt. Pilatus from the balcony is stunning. It was an amazing backdrop for morning coffee and evening drinks among a chorus of happy songbirds. The neighborhood is gorgeous, quiet, and residential with tons of beautiful gardens, and a lovely green space/park nearby. The short walk to town (10 min or so) is delightful, you can pass by furry cows and a farm stand/coffee shop and climb up the tower of the old city walls for an amazing view of the town and lake. We absolutely loved our stay here, very highly recommended!

Ralph,the owner, was very friendly and helpful. He even picked us up at train station and dropped us off at the end of the trip because of the rain.

He let us Coffee, recommended us what to see, and was willing to help anyway he could. The location is good, very near to the city center. About 10-15 min by foot. It is quite a steep street tough, so I would not recommend it for the elderly. Otherwise perfect!
• Sushmitha (10/5): Highly recommended - Amazing stay at Lucerne - Everything about the stay was good. Ralph was very kind, friendly and helpful. He was okay for us to check in and was waiting for us during our expected arrival time, planned his day accordingly but we were not able to do early check in as we got delayed. He gave clear instructions for self check in along with pictures which was helpful. He even offered to pick us up from the station and drop us. The apartment is new, very clean and we were surprised to see all the facilities which he had provided for our stay. There were slippers, bathrobes, towels for all. The kitchen was super clean with all the necessary utensils, appliances, even basic things like olive oil, paprika, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, different types of coffee pods, powder, tea packets. And there was a bottle of coke waiting for us in the fridge. Ralph had even taken care of the usb cables, we could find all types of cables for charging our devices. And many thanks to Ralph, as he provided pocket WiFi along with home WiFi, which no other host has provided till now. It helped us a lot even on the top of Titlis. The bathroom was big, with all the amenities. It had all types of body wash, shampoo, moist toilet paper, hair dryer, make remover, eye makeup remover, ear buds, tissues, cotton pads, etc. I cannot make all the list here for what facilities he had provided. The best part of the apartment was its view from the balcony. Everything is available at walkable distance. Me and my family had an amazing stay and the host was exceptional. I will definitely recommend his apartments to my friends and I would love to stay in his other apartments near Interlaken as well the next time I visit. Thank you loads Ralph for making our stay at your apartment such an amazing experience which we will not forget our entire life. None. Everything was perfect.
