Very clean fully equipped with all appliances . Could not find any fault with the property excellent in every way.

Plenty of clean bedding and towels, including beach towels which was great. Evgenia the host was lovely and met us at the apartment and left us wine and fruit as a welcome, which was appreciated. Nothing negative about apartment or host.
- Matthew (1/5): Traumatic, neighbours from hell and no support when requested - Tenerife is lovely that's why we visit. Very little sleep from the 1st night. Noisey lady to one side with loud tv until 3am most nights and someone down stairs keeping us awake the whole time. It got so bad 1 member had to leave early. No one to help, felt completely helpless.

- David (10/5): Perfect accommodation for a quiet stay in an upmarket part of Adeje. - The apartment was perfect for our stay. The location is great. The beach is only a short walk away and there is a great range of shops and restaurants nearby. The complex is maintained very well and the pool is great. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, and easy to contact.

Residence itself is very quit, small (not like greeneverde which is 8 miles long...), pool felt almost private. Plus 2 bedrooms whilst normally you'll have only one for this price in this area. And one foot out of door is seeing good quality restaurants. Parking also available (no costs, public area, hopefully Tenerife will keep it like that...)
