• FABRICIO (8/5): A estadia foi muito boa, atendeu as expectativas. Recomendo! - Localização boa, perto da Av. Paulista, Shoppings, mercados express e bares. Café da manhã não estava incluso, mas pudemos adquirir na hora. Limpeza do quarto feita diariamente.

Eu gostei das amenidades como: escova de dentes com creme dental e sabonetes. Limpeza do sofá-cama e do box do banheiro. Haviam cabelos no travesseiro do sofá-cama e dentro do box do banheiro. Talheres do armário com restos de comida. Como sou precavida, sempre levo lenços antissépticos e meu próprio lençol e fronha.

• Valber (1/5): Péssimo atendimento e falta de assistência condigna - A localização é perfeita para quem tem compromisso próximo à Paulista, Sé (sou advogado) ou outras adjacências. Só isso e nada mais Tudo parece empoeirado. À noite, não havia água na geladeira, para venda, e o atendente do hotel não se dispôs a me ajudar, no absurdo de me fazer ficar sem água potável. Para eu tentar resolver a questão, acabei tendo que comprar refrigerante. Achei desumano e nada profissional. O atendente poderia ter ido buscar na cozinha, afinal com certeza ele tem acesso à água. Não se nega água a ninguém. Além disso, de manhã, todo dia, mesmo pagando o café com a reserva, você é abordado e questionado ao argumento que não aparece no sistema. Péssimo!!!!!! Não recomendo

• Lettieri (8/5): Excelente custo-benefício. Boa recepção e quartos limpos. Poderia ser melhor com mais opções veganas - No geral, gostei muito das acomodações. Suítes amplas, confortáveis e o banheiro, apesar de antigo, estava super limpo. O hotel está em obras, e o barulho me incomodou um pouco e o fato do café da manhã ter pouquíssimas opções veganas.

The places was to small for 4 people even though we payed a higher price on booking. The owner did not help us at all, telling us we had to sleep on pillows on the ground while booking did not get back to us in more than 3 days.
