• Ann Maree (1/5): An overall terrible experience and would NOT recommend to anyone. - Close to golf courses. Stains on the bed linen, the shower was tiny and over flowed with water, the apartment had a terrible musty smell, terrible communication with the management team, very tired decor including ripped cushions on outside furniture, a hole in the wall in the kitchen, the apartment looked completely different and much better in the photos online but was very disappointing in reality.
• Fahad (6/5): Would be great place to spend your vacation if they do all required maintenance and renovation - The location felt safe and was conveniently situated close to key areas and services. The view from balcony is superb! The parking area is always full, so you have to drive around and look for any available space outside the building to park your car. • The apartment requires urgent maintenance and should not be rented out in its current condition. There is a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, in addition to a drainage issue. • The living room sofas are worn out and cracked, making them unusable. • The master bedroom does not have an air conditioning unit—only a ceiling fan—which is completely inappropriate, especially in warm weather. • The apartment owner must carry out repairs and renovations as soon as possible. Continuing to rent the apartment in this state will damage the reputation of this otherwise beautiful place. We did not receive the access card for the swimming pool until four days after our arrival. As a result, we missed several days of enjoying the pool, despite repeatedly requesting it from the host.

We explored much of the area and found it generally too busy so we won’t revisit - Spacious property Close to supermarkets and in nice grounds A few items were broken . the dishwasher - although not included in the description The large table lamp A hand blender in the kitchen The pull out washing line on the small balcony was not really usable REPLACE, REPAIR OR REMOVE THESE ITEMS
