• Maria Descalzo (10/5): - Muy buena localización, cerca de todas partes y bien comunicado. Personal muy agradable. Es como un hotel, aunque es un piso grande con habitaciones. Muchos detalles, bien cuidado.
• Eliza (10/5): - Pokój zgodny z opisem. Wygodne łóżko. Szafa, lodówka, sejf. Malutki balkonik ze stolikiem i 2 krzesełkami. Łazienka dobrze urządzona biorąc pod uwagę niewielką przestrzeń. Wszystko bardzo czyste. Codziennie sprzatane, wymieniane są reczniki i dokładane jednorazówki z żelem i szamponem. Cicha okolica. Trochę dalej do najważniejszych zabytków niż się spodziewałam, ale miejsce jest dobrze skomunikowane i wszędzie można podjechać autobusem lub tramwajem. Mieszkanie jest akustyczne i dobrze słychać sąsiadów. Na szczęście w trakcie naszego pobytu nie wszystkie pokoje były zamieszkane. Pokój nr 6 jest najdalej położony od drzwi więc hałas przy ich otwieraniu nie był dokuczliwy.

• Marica (9/5): Struttura pulita e confortevole - Struttura in ottima posizione, pulita , stanza spaziosa. Molto comoda. Posizionata sopra una pasticceria molto buona. Consigliata
• Lazzara (8/5): Stanza tripla molto comoda e ben posizionata - stanza spaziosa, siamo stati in tre molto comodamente. Bagno molto spazioso e confortevole. Dotata di frigorifero capiente. Materassi molto comodi. Qualche difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio perchè molte strisce blu ma basta allontanarsi di qualche isolato per trovare qualche buco. Sotto il palazzo è presente una super pasticceria dove iniziare bene la giornata. l'unica difficoltà è stata nel trovare il parcheggio ma non è un grosso problema, basta provare a qualche isolato più in là

• Antonio Orrù (9/5): Piacevole vacanza a Roma - Camera luminosa, ristrutturata di recente. Quartiere in posizione molto comoda e tranquillo, fornito di diversi servizi quali ristoranti e pizzerie, teatri con annesse attività formative. Solo una sera, o meglio prima dell'alba, gli occupanti una camera accanto non si sono comportati da persone educate chiacchierando a volume alto con spostamento di sedie e quant'altro. Forse erano in partenza perché non si sono più sentite. Ovviamente la struttura non ha responsabilità e non è stata neanche informata di quanto accaduto.

• Tania (10/5): Excelente - Todo, estaba muy limpio, las camas eran muy cómodas, y había una gran seguridad, caja fuerte gratuita y una amplia nevera, estaba en una calle tranquila y a 8 minutos del metro. Y a unos 20 minutos del centro andando. Abajo había una cafetería que tenía de todo y a precios muy económicos, un supermercado y unos chinos al lado para comprar detallitos, súper recomendable, muchas gracias por todo. Nada, no se puede pedir más.

• Membrilla Quereda (8/5): Localización de 10" - Barrio tranquilo, la localización de 10", cerca del barrio de trastevere y a 26 minutos de Roma centro ciudad a pie , muy bien comunicado con trasporte público. La limpieza un 10". Por poner un punto negativo, los colchones y almohadas están muy gastados,se notan los muelles al dormir. El wifi no ha funcionado en los 3 días de estancia por problemas técnicos.

• Werner (7/5): Wir haben uns trotz der Missstände wohlgefühlt - Die Lage Lautes Geräusch der Heizung auch in der Nacht. Kein WLAN trotz Ankündigung. Keine Abdunkelung der Balkontür direkt neben dem Bett weil der Rollladen defekt war. Auf die Mitteilung der Missstände über WhatsApp gab es keine Reaktion.

• marco (7/5): Soggiorno sempre positivo - La posizione della struttura, la pulizia e la distribuzione di spazi ed arredi della camera sono risultati molto buoni. Check-in problematico per codice di accesso non valido. Riscaldamento la prima sera decisamente basso. Problemi a contattare l'host: non può essere obbligatorio l'uso di whatsapp per comunicare. Tempi di risposta non veloci
• EVANGELIA (9/5): - Very good bed and pillows, clean bathroom with all the amenities, a fridge and soundproof windows. Nice cafe right next to main door of the building with lots of choisses. Good communication on the day of arrival with all the instructions needed for the check in and check out The wifi did not work during our stay from Friday afternoon till Sunday morning. Also the communication with the owner was difficult for this matter (no reply)

I thought it was fake accommodation but on the day of my stay I got an automated message with instructions on how to access the accomodation. I then tried to contact them again through booking.com and WhatsApp and had no communication. I didn’t stay there and received no refund and still no communication….

Quartiere molto carino, stanza pulita Poca insonorizzazione: i vicini si sentivano e se alzavano la tv era come averla in camera. Fortunatamente erano vicini tranquilli. La porta principale cigola molto ogni volta che viene aperta e chiusa.

• Oliver (10/5): Great place in Testaccio - There were a small confusion about our booking but after reaching our host it was quickly resolved. Rooms were in great condition, clean, fresh and had everything a good hotel room has. The location was great in a quiet calm area with many nice restaurant and cafes around, even many most see things in Rome were not to far away by walk. We had a great stay! The elevator in the building at our time off stay was broken, but not the guesthouse fault.
• Ql (10/5): Very good location and good environment to stay. - Before we came, our main worry is, without reception desk, how convenient to reach the property manager when in site. The quick response in messaging before we got to Rome released our worry. The surprising smoothness of our check-in amazed us. The comfortableness of the newly renovated room surprised us as well. The location is super good, in a safe area with nice residences around, near bus stops and city center. There is even a nice super market in the same building.

• Jean (8/5): Enjoyable stay - great location and well-priced - The property was conveniently located for commuting to both the city and to various business/expo venues to the south by either bus or metro. Communication was painless and efficient over whatsapp. There is a bakery at the base of the building which was very convenient for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Both the WiFi and air conditioning worked well. The lift is quite small and difficult to use, especially when you are arriving or leaving with heavy suitcases. It would be nice if there was some cutlery available in the rooms and a microwave in either the room or the communal kitchen area. The walls are quite thin, but this did not bother me in the corner room.
• Leo (5/5): Passable - Great location, great and pretty calm neighborhood, large enough room, clean room (except odor, see cons). Amazing bakery just below the apartment. Convenient area (walk to trastevere, many bus, metro nearby) while away from touristy areas. 1. bad odor when entering the room. smelled like sewer. it was coming from the bathroom. 2. very noisy ventilation in the bathroom that turns on randomly even at night or early in the morning. It would wake us up or prevent us from sleeping. Remains on for 10-15 minutes and cannot be turned off. Very loud even from outside the bathroom. We told the owners that the ventilation was super noisy and couldn't be turned off, but they didn't reply. 3. Shared kitchen: the kitchen seems nice and clean, but there are *no* tools or kitchen items. Not one glass, no mugs, no forks, no plates, no pans, ... who travels with full cooking gears??
