Facilement accessible en métro (mais l’appartement est au 2e étage sans ascenseur il faut le savoir) Pas de rideau dans la 2e chambre, pas de plaque de four, couette peu large pour 2 personnes

• Jonathan (10/5): - Everything. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect. I was doing the marathon and I could see the starting corral from the sitting room window. Nothing. We had an absolutely perfect experience and we will come back
• Andreea (9/5): Totul minunat - Apartamentul este într-o zonă excelentă pentru a vizita Roma. În zona este un magazin deschis non-stop, baruri și restaurante. Stațiile de tramvai/autobuz la 2 minute. -
• Irene (9/5): Host was very helpful and friendly. She gave us lots of information on places to visit and restaurants which was extreme - Spacious, clean and comfortable. View of colloseum from living room window. Stairs to apartment but then we would not have such a great view of colosseum!

• Angelika (5/5): Nocleg nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. - Łóżka były wygodne, lokalizacja świetna. Duże przestrzenie. Poprosiliśmy o łóżeczko i owszem było, ale bez poduszki i bez kołdry. Poduszkę udało się zorganizować po zwróceniu uwagi Pani, która nas wpuszczała. Potem sami znaleźliśmy w szafie jakąś kołdrę bez poszewki. Poradziliśmy sobie, ale nie tego oczekiwałam jeśli chodzi o nocleg dla dziecka. W kuchni niezbyt czysto, zmywarka cała w osadzie. Kilka sprzętów na komodzie, ale tylko jedno gniazdo, trzeba było pokombinować, żeby zagrzać wodę w czajniku. Miał być zestaw kosmetyków, był żel pod prysznic. Szampon miał nam ktoś donieść, ale nie dotarł. :/ Ogrzewanie było na maxa, albo wcale. Nie dało się tego regulować. W dzień wyjazdu nie mieliśmy rano ani ogrzewania, ani ciepłej wody. Podłoga w łazience była brudna.

Sotto al uscita del portone c’è un supermercato , bar ,ristoranti sopratutto quello al angolo con ottima cucina simpatici ! Scarsa pulizia ! Mal funzionamento del bagno più piccolo e poco pulito sia della doccia e il miscelatore. Persona al check-in antipatica e sgradevole . Molto scomode le scale fino al terzo piano !

• Sheraz (10/5): - very spacious apartment, 2 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in living makes it good for 6 to sleep. location is 2 minutes walk to colosseum, restaurant and supermarket just downstairs. comfortable and clean beds, linen and comforter. it's in a residential building, which is also reasonably clean. Very good value for money. host was a very kind lady. it's on level 2, little effort to climb up with luggage, utensils and dishes are aged and chipped crockery, need replacement. a bit of renovation on cabinets and center table would make it an excellent place to stay.

Balcony view was very bad, it’s has very bad view between the buildings, no left, we reach at night time which cause extra cost for us, they have to mention this in the property policy, my experience at all was very bad.

• Sandy (8/5): Bien en général mais des petites choses à revoir pour que ce soit très bien. - Les personnes avec qui nous avons été en contact ont été aimables. Emplacement de l'appartement quartier vivant très proche du Colisée mais calme la nuit. Superficie de l'appartement agréable pour 5 Climatisation efficace. La décoration n'était pas vraiment la même que sur les photos. Les équipements de la cuisine sont déçevants. Venus en famille à 5 nous déjeunions souvent à l'appartement pour que les enfants fassent une pause et il manquait cruellement de vaisselles et de couverts par exemple seulement 3 fourchettes pour un logement pouvant aller jusqu'à 6 ou 7 personnes. Le ménage est à revoir, les linges de lit pas nickel avec des tâches, les rideaux idem et les meubles de la cuisine collaient aux doigts. Dommage nous espérions une prestation plus haut de gamme !
• Dóra (8/5): Very good - Nice appartment near to the Collosseum. The beds were comfortable and the flat was clean. We would go back next time. There are more appartments in the same building and first we got another keys from a different provider, but after contecting them on the phone the problem was solved very quickly and the right guy came with the right keys. Maybe the kitchen could be more equipped.

• Robert (10/5): Center of all the action with an amazing home far away from home! - I love the amazing and outstanding assistance of Señora Ina, she was standing outside before we arrived, she shows us how to use the A/C, washing machine, and gave us the run down of the area. The apartment is perfect! Downstairs across the apartment is the 24 hours convenient store! I love everything thing of the property!
• Jennifer (10/5): Highly recommend - The apartment was fantastic! We are a family of 4 (2 adult/2 teens). It was spacious with 2 bedrooms, plus a queen sofa bed. Everything was great for us. FYI: But if you have small kids: it is on the second floor. Floors are 0/1/2 so be aware of stairs possibly being an issue for you.

• Tania (10/5): Amazing Stay. We loved it - The location is walking steps nect to the Colosseum. The host is outstanding she met us, gave us a lot of recommendations and she was very nice! Appartment is beautiful very spacious and comfortable. Couch turns to a comfortable extra bed facing the TV. AC was very good. If i will go back to Rome we will definetly stay there one more time! We arrived early so we had to wait for one hour until the host arrived. No Lift. We had 5 baggages, a stroller and 2 kids (not so typical when you are traveling ) so good luck with carying all this to the 2nd floor :) But if you have not so many luggages, it is an easy access

Nice little restaurants nearby. - Location was close to colosseum and walking distance to rest of tourist spots. Supermarket right outside of property. The door to the property was very hard to open. We had to make international call twice to try and get someone to guide us on how to open the door.

The room was lovely and clean! - I liked that it was very central and it was easy to get around be it by foot, bus or metro! The walk up to the apartment was abit challenging for the elderlies that were traveling with us. It didn’t help that because we were on a month long trip we had ALOT of suitcases
