Emma (6/5): Nice apartment, given wrong information. - Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, the complex and the interior was very nice and had everything you could need for cooking etc. Location was right on the beach, and not too far away from the town as well. Free parking as well which was convenient for me. I contacted months in advance of my holiday to ensure the pool was open for my stay, only to get there and find that it was closed for the entire duration. While the guys did help me to get access to another pool, it was a 10 minute walk away, and we were given out to by the maintenance staff at the new pool for being there, even though we had access. I messaged Vicente after my stay explaining that this really put a damper on our holiday, and the pool was the entire reason I had booked outside of Valencia city in the first place. Due to this error I would expect some form of compensation, given that what was sold to me was not what was provided when I got there, but Vicente never responded to my messages.
