• yunchee chan (10/5): Great location with Great Hotel Crew Team - Had a great stay at Faros Hotel. I did a last-minute extension of my hotel stay with Faros Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with good facilities. I also enjoyed the nice busy street view from the hotel, which made the experience even better. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the hotel crew team — Onur, Isa, Ahmet, Azar, and Lokman were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality really made guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The location is another huge plus. The hotel is situated in a very central area, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul! NIL

• Atiya (6/5): Okayish not great when you want to sleep but can’t. - Great location nice and clean friendly staff My main concern was I had the top attic room, they have a night club across and the music is so loud and pumped though the windows vibration so bad that I didn’t sleep properly for the whole duration, did speak to the desk to see if my room could be changed but the whole hotel was apparently booked out. If you need a good night sleep it’s not your place otherwise they are friendly and clean

I highly recommend this hotel—it’s simple, comfortable, and, most importantly, a non-smoking facility. The breakfast area is a bit cozy and can get a little busy at times. However, the staff, on the other hand, is working really hard to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortably accommodated.

• Nikolay (7/5): Great location and friendly staff, but breakfast could be improved - Nice, cosy hotel in a very good location — everything is within walking distance. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. One point to consider: the breakfast was fairly average and did not feel like a proper Turkish breakfast. The selection was quite repetitive and the area could get crowded. I would recommend booking without breakfast and instead trying one of the nearby cafés just a few minutes away — better quality and more authentic for a similar price.
• ABDULKARIM (1/5): أسوأ فندق سكنت فيه في حياتي - لاشئ كل شئ. الغرفة ضيقة جدا . الاثاث قديم جدا وبالي . الافطار محدود وبجوار الاستقبال والطاولات محدودة جدت. المنظر الخارجي مطل سئ جدا يسد النفس والله . تخيلوا سلة النفايات شكلهم احضروها من الشارع اصلا وعاء لحفظ الرمل . الاضاءة ضعيفة جدا في الغرف . شاشة التلفزيون اصغر شاشة شفتها في حياتي وما تشتغل كمان . باختصار أسوأ فندق سكنت فيه في حياتي . انا مستغرب كيف يكون تقييم الفندق 4 نجوم والله نجمة مايستحق

The staff is very polite and helpful, a special thanks to Ahmad :) The breakfast is very tasty and healthy, you can experience the Turkish breakfast ! The location is perfect, 5mins to Taksim square by walking. There is also a shuttle bus to both airports 7 mins away from the hotel. The cleaning staff comes at various moments of the day, it would be good if they could inform us of the time schedule of when they pass by so we can get organized accordingly :)

• Dimitris (9/5): Μια χαρά η επιλογή μας κοντά σε όλα - Mιά χαρά ήταν όλα. Ζεστό νερό, καθαρό δωμάτιο και μπάνιο. Καλής ποιότητας υλικά στα δωμάτια.Εύκολη πρόσβαση και το κυριότερο παρκινγ μεγάλο απέναντι στα 20 μέτρα (επι πληρωμή) οργανωμένο με 3 υπόγεια και μεγάλους χώρους Ο δρόμος πηγαίνοντας και φεύγοντας με το GPS μας έβγαλε από κάτι ανηφόρες. Θέλει προσοχή να μης περάσεις από εκεί έχουν μεγάλη κλίση και είναι αρκετά δύσκολο για αρχάριους. Υπάρχει καλύτερος δρόμος από γύρω. Δώστε βάση στον χάρτη.

• Albina (10/5): Everything was great. I'll definitely be back :) - I was very happy to stay at the Faros Hotel Taksim during my first vacation in Istanbul. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the manager to the cleaners. The breakfasts were hearty, varied, and delicious. The hotel was conveniently located, with a 15-minute walk to the Bosphorus waterfront. There were also many nearby markets and fast-food establishments. The hotel was clean, with daily cleaning services. The towels were also changed every day. There were no unpleasant odors in the room. A very convenient elevator to get to the 7th floor. During the entire week of vacation, there was only one small queue for the elevator, and that was when visitors were checking in and out (around 1 a.m. to 2 p.m.). I especially liked the reception area in an emerald tone with gold and mirrors. Next time, I will definitely stay at this beautiful hotel again. Sometimes you could hear the ventilation in the room, like a quiet squeak. But I was too picky about silence, and I never complained to the staff about this issue. I think it could have been resolved if I had mentioned it.

• Henry (10/5): Rundum zufrieden - Ich war 15 Nächte im Faros Hotel. Eigentlich unüblich, da es sich um ein Hotel für Kurzbesuche handelt. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man Istanbul erleben möchte. Unweit vom Taksim Platz und alles zu Fuß zu ereichen. Ganz herzlich bedanke ich mich bei Ahmet und Lokman. Sie haben dafür gesorgt, dass ich einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel hatte. Zusätzlich wurde der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück, über Ahmet und WahtsApp sorgenfrei geregelt. Alles aus einer Hand. Zu erwähnen sind auch die Frauen, welche sich um die Sauberkeit im Hotel und des gebuchten Zimmer kümmern. Freundlich und jeden Wunsch von den Augen ablesen. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, was aber auch so in der Hotelbeschreibung ausgeschrieben ist. Sie sind sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Fenster sind Schallisoliert und man hört keinen Strßenlärm. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. In den 15 Nächten die ich da verbracht habe, hat es, an nichts gefehlt. Beim nächsten Besuch in Istanbul, werde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. Beste Grüße Henry

Noi eravamo al 7 piano e avevamo la vista sulla città. Nessun rumore notturno. L'hotel si trova a 5 minuti da piazza Taksim e la via più frequentata del quartiere (Istiklal caddesi), però è lontano dal quartiere centrale Sultanamhet e il ponte di Galata.
