• Barbara (3/5): Great location, but very disappointing stay for multiple reasons. - The location was excellent for seeing the sights I wanted to see in Milan. There were TVs in every room (living, dining area, bedroom), and basic coffee, creamer, and sugar were provided. The curtains allowed for nearly black-out conditions, and it was quiet to sleep at night after 10pm. Upon check in, I didn't notice the sign on the counter about how to connect to the Wi-Fi. There were no instructions inside this luxury apartment on how to connect to the Wi-Fi, so I had to call the reception desk for information. There were no instructions inside the apartment for anything. The cabinet housing the dishes and glasses was stuck and would not open. I had to have someone come up & open it for me. There were no cleaning supplies at all for the kitchen (no sponge/dish cloth, towel, or dish soap for the kitchen), and no general cleaning supplies at all. The mirrors were dirty with filmy wipe marks. The A/C unit rattled gently on the lowest setting, but on medium or high speed was very annoying. There 2 bathrooms, and both bathroom sinks drained extremely slowly. Additionally, there was some kind of construction occurring above or adjacent to this apartment as I heard loud banging late into the evenings every night I was there. When I checked out, there were no questions to inquire whether or not I'd enjoyed my stay. It was all very clinical. Of the 8 accommodations I booked during my 5 week stay in Italy, this place was the very disappointing due to the lack of supplies for basic kitchen usage, the film on all the mirrors, the issues with the bathroom sinks, and the loud A/C unit. It appears that the only preparations that were done before my arrival was that the A/C was turned on, and the normal bathroom supplies were stocked. I'm sorry to leave this review, but I would not call this a luxury apartment.

• Nataliia (10/5): Рекомендую! Ідеальне розташування! Великий простір. Тихо. - Мегачудове помешкання! Розташоване напроти замку Сфорца, на прямій вулиці до Дуомо. Умови -чудові: 2 кімнати, 2 ванні кімнати, велика кюхня-столова. Вигляд вікна -у двір ( тихо і спокійно можна виспатись). Рецепція -за рогом будинку, привітні і доброзичливі. Була відсутня гаряча вода в один із днів і холодна вода була коричневого кольору. В ліфті висіло інформаційне оголошення про те, що будуть ремонтні роботи 2 години. Але ж гарячої води не було майже добу

Hace unos años por el mismo precio se conseguía un hotel muchísimo mejor y con más servicios. Te limpiaban la habitación todos los días. Tendían las camas. Etc.

Appartement très bien équipé et tout propre Très confortable Lit bébé non disponible Place parking à 38€ par jour (un peu cher) et non accessible directement à l'appartement. Prévoir qqs dizaines de marches (escalier) pour atteindre l'ascenseur menant à l'appartement (pas très pratique pour le transport des bagages et la poussette)

• Timothy (10/5): A great stay. - Very well located. Clean and quality accom. A nice touch that check-in is available via the hotel next door. Could not fault this place. Very convenient for Cadorna Station. Nothing I can think of, other than it was a touch difficult with a pram as there are several stairs before you get to the lift.

• Yolanda (8/5): Elegante y muy buena ubicación - El apartamento es elegante y tiene muy buena ubicación. Está cerca de todo lo interesante del centro. Es un interior y está bastante insonorizado. Está bastante completo, lavadora, lavavajillas, plancha etc. Nos dejaron agua en el frigorífico y varios cafes y tes, cosa que se agradece. Comentar que hasta llegar al ascensor hay escaleras que hay que bajar. No le he puesto un 10 porque hay cosas que deberían mejorar. La vitroceramica está bastante deteriorada. No dejan jabón lavavajillas ni para fregar a mano ni a máquina. Una vez llegas no deberías tener que preocuparte de eso y sobre todo para estancias cortas. Otra de las cosas que nos ha desagradado es que no puedes quitar desde el apartamento el aire acondicionado, ni podía graduarse para no pasar frío sobre todo por la noche. A pesar de todo lo que he indicado que no nos ha gustado, es una buena opción para visitar Milán.

• Joe (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, next to metro stop. Very spacious, washer and clothes drying rack were good. Comfortable living room. The bathroom was nice, water pressure good. Barbara provided many free snacks and complimentary wine, which was unexpected. She gave us a physical tour of the place when we arrived and answered questions, which we appreciated. She responded very quickly to all issues, including an internet router issue that we cleared up over the phone. Not enough hangars for 2 people on vacation. Check out process could be better. We had to wait for her before going to the airport. Suggest a key drop box to return keys on day that we leave.

The flat was very well equipped, spacious and clean, we all slept soundly on comfy beds….. no complaints. Excellent value for money Not really worth mentioning but a second door key would of been helpful for our family but it wasn’t possible.

• Ken (9/5): Superb - Superb location next to a metro station and walkable distance to many tourist sites such as Douma, Brera museum, and the castle. Separate bedrooms and living rooms were very convenient when family members had different bedtimes. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The check-in was a bit awkward because we didn't know that it was done at the adjacent hotel, UNAHOTELS Cusani Milano. Having said that, the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful.

• kevin (8/5): - Could do easily have been 5 star but wasn’t 1. - we could not find it …..the police and the local tourist office (across the road ) had no idea - but would have found it easily if they said ‘collect key from hotel uno) …… and 2. Once in we could not find our way out ! Not a single arrow or exit sign …. Luckily not an emergency and 3. 3 of us staying but only one key which was needed to get in and out and 3 . Depressing as so dark ! A few more lights would make a huge difference and help with finding the right outfit to wear !

• F. (9/5): Spacious and comfy apartment in a great location, very friendly personnel. - Very friendly personnel at the reception. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Location is great, close to the city center, offices and touristic attractions as well. For eating out, focus on the restaurants a few street away from the main touristic attractions. Only "could be better" is the kitchen equipment which is just basic, but still sufficient to cook any meal.
