JUAN CARLOS (1/5): No me quedé , todo para problemas. - Si tienen la oportunidad de hacer una reserva para en este hostal desaprovéchenla. Desde un mes antes de la fecha de llegada, diciendo que iba a llegar a determinada hora, y no cumplieron con la reserva, quedé a media noche sin hotel, y me tocó salir a buscar, por suerte encontré uno muy bueno. No se respeta la reserva, booking no le dio ninguna solución, la solución del hostal era ubicarme en unas habitaciones con unas condiciones paupérrimas. Y aparte de todo, tienen el descaro de decir que no nos presentamos al hostal y aparte que no nos presentamos a la hora acordada 3pm-8pm, cuando el administrador desde el día 1 accedió a la hora de llegada que eran a la media noche.
Lukas (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert, ich komme gerne wieder - Mein Aufenthalt im Hostal CasaBlanca war ein absoluter Traum. Ich wurde von Jessica empfangen und mir wurde alles erklärt und mein Zimmer gezeigt. Aber auch die komplette Familie der das Haus gehört war jederzeit absolut hilfsbereit und einfach sehr warmherzig. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf lokales Wohnen legt und in einer ruhigen, entspannten Atmosphäre arbeiten möchte. Wenn ich zurück in Medellin bin werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank! Nichts!

Michael (8/5): Great value for the price - Jessica was very lovely and helpfull. The room and bathroom both were simple, but neat and very clean. The hostel is situated in a good location, only 10 minutes by foot to either the metro station or the main bar street. A supermarkt and a breakfast location are both just around the corner. We booked the family room (2 bunk beds) for 3 nights, for 110.000 COP per night. The room was not suitable for spending some time during the day and working on the laptop. But I could sit on the sofa in the hallway.

Habla ingles y me ayudó en todo lo que pude haber necesitado. No es solo el hospedaje, es la experiencia cultural; la gente de Medellin es magica El servicio de desayuno sería lo único pero en la misma calle encuentras varias opciones para comer, de igual manera en el hotel tenía acceso a la cocina que estaba totalmente equipada

Que el hostal no es serio...había realizado 2 reservas como desde hace 1 mes...luego tres antes me cancelaron una reserva con una historia toda ficticia y luego el mismo día que tenía que llegar a mi otra reserva...ese mismo día me la querían cancelar también...no recomiendo reservar en un hostal...es mejor pagar un poco más en un hotel, pero se sabe que son como más responsables...esa historia no la creí...para mí que hacen negocio con clientes que pagan mucho más...y no les importa cancelar las reservaciones...en definitiva no recomiendo este establecimiento.
