Charles (5/5): Disappointing - Location was good The apartment was cheaply kitted with inferior facilities. The blinds were broken, the windows were single glazed making for a noisy apartment. The bed was small with an ill fitting duvet.
Philip (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location being only minutes from the Millenium Bridge and a short walk to the tube. Overall, it is a great little apartment for the cost of a hotel room in the area. The company were very quick to respond to queries through the booking.com app. There were a few niggles that the company responded to very quickly. The apartment is a little dated a could do with a refresh, although it was fine. The details refer to a washer-dryer but it was a washing machine and clothes maiden - that said, clothes dried very quickly so it wasn't a problem. Note that guests need to pay a deposit, which I have been told will be returned to me as the apartment was left in good order. I think this is reasonable but should be advertised.
