• Matteo (9/5): Da ritornarci assolutamente - Molto pulita, posizione ottima e molto tranquilla pur essendo in zona con molti locali. Staff molto attento e presente in caso di necessità. Ottimo appartamento. Mi è piaciuto tutto. Non ci trovo nulla di rilevante da segnalare.

• Mihaela (9/5): Well equipped and clean apartment. - It’s a well equipped and clean apartment. Comunucation with the management was great. Our apartment had all windows facing the main street. Downstairs there’s plenty of bars and restaurants and on Friday & Saturday night it was very noisy. People’s singing and shouting on the street the whole night made it difficult to sleep well.

• Silvia (10/5): - Tres dias antes de hospedarnos en el apartamento nos comunica la empresa que el apartamento que habíamos reservado en Porta Venezia había sufrido una infiltración de agua y que nos cambiaban a otro apartamento, dejándonos elegir dos más cerca del centro… y menos mal que pasó lo de la infiltración de agua y nos tuvieron que cambiar a otro porque con su publicidad ENGAÑOSA nos hubieran metido inicialmente en un apartamento que no encajaba con las fotos del apartamento que nos salía en la página de reserva. Por el resto, el apartamento que finalmente elegimos en Vía Visconti di Modrone 6 (que no es el que estoy valorando porque no es el de la foto) fue genial. Cómodo y sobretodo cabe destacar la cercanía al duomo que estaba a 10 minutos a pie. Ya saben, al reservar miren bien el apartamento y la ubicación vaya que os la metan con su publicidad engañosa y te pongan en las fotos un apartamento mejor que el que has reservado.. A la hora de cocinar en la vitrocerámica, solo iba una olla, con el resto de las sartenes la vitrocerámica no iban. Tuvimos que hacernos todo lo que cocinamos en la olla.

• Giuseppe (9/5): Perfetto - Struttura piccola ma molto accogliente, nel cuore pulsante di Porta Venezia, ad un passo dalla metropolitana e all’interno della movida del quartiere. Mancava un vero e proprio armadio. Consiglio un armadio sulla parete di ingresso o piu’ semplicemente uno stand.
• Mario (1/5): Di una tristezza infinita, vacanza rovinata - Solo la posizione centrale Appartamento triste senza aria e luce, ti affacci alla finestra e sembra di vedere un cortile di un campo dí concentramento. Alloggio visibilmente ricavato da un appartamento più grande con i lavori fatti da mio cugino che con 30 euro te lo fa meglio il cartongesso! La tv che non funziona da mesi e non viene riparata, ho sollecitato il problema e mi hanno detto che è l antenna, ma per 200€ al giorno non dovreste nemmeno farvelo dire!! Il bagno cieco senza una finestra, il soffione della doccia che usciva dal cartongesso che temevo mi cadesse in testa!! Sono andato via un giorno prima sennò cadevo in depressione!! Proverò a chiedere un rimborso! Le foto dell annuncio palesemente fuorvianti, manco gratis ci tornerei!!!

• Salem (2/5): - My experience at this apartment did not reflect the high rating shown on Booking. While the cleanliness was acceptable, the price was extremely high compared to the quality provided. In addition, I had to carry my luggage upstairs by myself, as there was no proper assistance or suitable facilities. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations.

• KB (6/5): - The apartment was tidy and was relatively clean. It had nice towels. Good amount of soap and shampoo. The location is central to the train station and to the Cathedral. The bedroom is spacious with lots of storage. The apartment block itself is quite old and rundown. The location is central, but not located in a safe feeling environment so I wouldn’t recommend traveling alone. The air conditioning unit is not big enough to keep the apartment cool. The bath takes a while to drain after using the shower. Recommend getting the location of the apartment early on from the host as this can cause quite a lot of confusion. Would prefer that this apartment is reviewed separately to the others as grouping them together doesn’t give a true reflection of the apartment.

The bed was very comfortable and the small touches with slippers and cosmetics was very nice too! Excellent communication with the host, made it so easy for me as I was travelling alone.

• Reanna (10/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location - Very spacious and clean apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent - walking distance from both the Metro and the Tram stations and easy to access from the central train station. Our host was very friendly and met with us on arrival, even gave us some dinner recommendations to try in the area. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay.
• Michael (7/5): Porta Venezia Apartment - Located 5min from the Metro station and in a nice neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, on the 4th floor with all the basic amenities The decoration is minimal and the floor has different levels probably following a renovation of some sort which can be unsafe if you dont pay attention when you walk (different level can be seen in the photos). Note the check in/out is via whatsap, once you pay the city taxes. AC doesnt work on the heater which can be a problem during winter. All in all is not the best value for money as it this range you expect something more

Checking in was easy and the facilities were very comfortable There was no cutlery or tea towels if you were like us and cooked each night. However, there were plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk if you wanted to eat out
• Mariya (7/5): Good - The appartment is near Porta Venezia and there are plenty nice restaurants and bars in the area. The appartment is spacious and clean. It is extremely noisy all day and at night until 1am, then in the morning from 6:30am again very noisy. Basically you can sleep 5-6 hours without disturbtion. There was no cleaning service for 3 days

Shower pressure was weak and the shower gel bottles etc although available had no product in them We didn’t have a spare bedsheet available either No full length mirror just a single mirror in the bathroom which was pretty small Just a little tired and could do with a spruse

• Elissa (9/5): A wonderful place to start our Italian holiday - - Incredible location close to public transport, heaps of restaurants, a huge park, and only 3 stops on the metro to the duomo - Fantastic communication from host - Clean and modern apartment - The bed was extremely comfortable - Baby cot provided, which seemed brand new - The coffee maker and pods were a nice touch - Stove and oven didn’t work - Not enough toilet paper provided so we needed to buy more ourselves - You can hear a lot of street noise from the bedroom at night. It was ok for us but light sleepers would need earplugs.
• Gillian (10/5): I would choose this accomodation again. - Great location, easy walk to piazza Del Duomo. Linens were great and bed was very firm and comfortable. Good bathroom and great shower with good hot water. Good space throughout. Light with lots of windows. Overall a great stay. Host was very responsive. A little more would go a long way, for instance a box of tissues and sufficient toilet roll. My partner tried to use the coffee and the tea but they both tasted old and were thrown away. Water in the fridge was nice. The door knob was a hassle with falling off and needs fixing.

I loved that there were two pillow options as you get one soft and one hard for your preference! Owner was wonderful and helpful (looked after our bags after we checked out so we didn’t have to carry them around all day), recommended!! We were only passing through so we didn’t stay for a long time

Some noise heard from next appartment but didn't bother us. Staff was friendly and polite. Kitchen was poorly equipped. It wasn't good at all for cooking. There was many things missing. There wasn't any baby chair. Elevator was small, so we had to carry strollers up the stairs.

• Kriss (7/5): Good - Great and forthcoming staff, very friendly. Great location next to the metro with many local bars and restaurants in close proximity. Overall decent value for money. Apartment has no “real” windows - both of them look into a courtyard and there is a walk-by ledge next to it. As such, basically have to keep them closed most of the time. Not a dealbreaker but have to be aware of.

• Chenyue (9/5): Good Apartment with Central location in Milan - Very close to Duomo and Monte shopping District via Metro. Apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. There is a mini mart and several restaurants nearby. We wish there could be a storage shelf or basket to put toiletries in the shower room and a small make-up mirror in the bathroom.

• Noel (10/5): Beautiful little apartment. - we needed a simple place to stay a night in Milan prior to flying out of Italy. it was clean and brand new. The staff was so kind and friendly. We had a long drive in from South Tyrol and while we were communicative about it we were 40 minutes late to meet up for our key. they were gracious the entire time. Lots of restaurants and shopping witching walking distance. No convenient parking (but that is Milan and not the owners fault). No soap for dishwasher or washing machine. no door numbers on any of the apartments so a little confusing to find.
