Chi affitta non è il vero proprietario. siamo stati costretti a trovarci un altro alloggio il 15 agosto, di notte, a costi esorbitanti, e con 2 bambini al seguito non è stato facile. State alla larga da questa struttura, durante il nostro soggiorno ci siamo ritrovati persone in casa, che si è scoperto essere il vero proprietario, e siamo stati cacciati. Chi affitta non è il vero proprietario. Siamo stati costretti a trovarci un altro alloggio il 15 agosto, di notte, a costi esorbitanti, e con 2 bambini al seguito non è stato facile.
• Nicolas (9/5): - L'appartement était propre et idéalement situé pour les transports en commun avec un petit quartier calme et tous les commerces de proximité. La petite terrase était appréciable. Nous sommes partis avec nos deux adolescents nous recommandons.

• Kelly (9/5): Great stay, clean and tidy apartment in a good location - Loads of space and facilities. Good location, tube station/bus station nearby. Great value for money. Communication with owner was brilliant. Mattress where a bit to soft for my liking, and there was no toiletries- however I’m sure if I had message the owner this would have been arranged, but it wasn’t necessary.

• Jeyran (10/5): A spacious, well-equipped, and peaceful place with a brilliant host, great location, and reasonable pricing - We stayed with my parents, so we really appreciated how spacious the property was—especially for London, where places are usually much smaller. The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a home-like stay. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and there were practical extras like a washing machine, ironing board, and more. The furniture was nice and functional, everything was clean, and the whole place felt peaceful and quiet. The location was another big plus—with a direct bus to central London just outside and supermarkets nearby for anything we needed. Also, the host was absolutely brilliant, very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. He kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Nothing
• Christoph (10/5): Hidden gem - Accomendation fitted our needs perfectly, good location in a quaint neighbourhood. Enough privacy, close to a bus station, many restaurants for eating out. Price per night was unbeatable compared to other offers for 4 persons.
• Ana (10/5): We were delighted to have come across an affordable but worth ot place to stay in London - Near bus stop, clean with amenities/facilities as stated. We were allowed to leave pur luggages around 3 hours prior to checking in. There's a convenience store right beside the apartment where we can buy our essentials. None. But since it's near the road, there might be some noises coming from the vehicles. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay overall
• Mohammed (10/5): We had a lovely weekend stay at this property. The host was quickto respond to all our queries and also offered was late - We liked the convenience of the location, cleanliness and amenities of the house and quick response from the host. Not much, everything was in order.
• Hana (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very helpful and nice to communicate with, the accommodation was clean, we found the flat easily, the area was great (we felt save, the public transport stops were in walking distance, a supermarket was near), in short - we had everything we needed and the stay was also thanks to this apartment just perfect :)
• Andrea (2/5): Very disappointing - Communication with the host is very good. The flat is good size. The flat is about 45 minutes by public transportation from the city center which is important for tourists to know. The entryway is less than clean, the staircase up to the flat is narrow and difficult to manage with luggages - just for information. The whole place is very underwhelming, tasteless and smelled like pot. This is unacceptable. The furnishing is as pictured except 20 years older and run down. The bathroom door handle stays in your hand if you really try to close the door. The terrace is a joke, appears to be a dumping ground for items not in use. The booking price would be acceptable only if the place actually would look like the pictures. The room facing the street is very noisy even at night. The bathroom is small and required re-cleaning by us before use.

• Andrew (8/5): Very good - Flat was in a good location and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Beds comfortable. The main front door to the building was broken and open/unlocked 24/7 so that felt a little insecure in terms of the building security.

• Bobbi (10/5): Excellent stay for my birthday! - Great facilities and perfect size for 8 of us. Made my birthday really special. Instructions for turning heating on during winter may be good as was very cold when we arrived.

• Katie (5/5): Ideal as a base. - The furnishing matched so felt nicely presented and table all set. On a bus route. Manager responded quickly at 2.20am and super friendly which was reassuring at that time. Ideal for a base to go into London but its 20 mins walk to the station or bus. Right next door to a shop so ideal for milk etc. And a Costa a few shops down. Good heating system. The front door didn't open and it was 2.20am! Key kept turning. Thankfully someone came out but happened throughout the stay but we figured it out as they showed us what to do in an emergency. They said it needs looking at! Multiple fridges, one looked grim and unnecessary but there was a new one. Beds were comfortable but random items in this property eg golf club! It feels quite a strange place. Bedrooms have an individual lock and key which seemed unnecessary. We couldn't sit around and chat comfortably as only one sofa and hard chairs .Bathroom is in the lounge/kitchen so not really private but great for a base. Although it was clean we wouldnt describe it as "exceptional" as it was on here.Cleaner was sat outside 30 mins before we were due to leave but was friendly. No parking but I parked on a drive I rented locally. Room at front is quite noisy but other rooms were quiet.
• Shaoni (10/5): Excellent stay! Highly recommended. - The host was extremely gracious, helpful and approachable. Everything in the apartment is as advertised and as the pictures suggest. Perfect for a central London pitstop. Can highly recommend getting this place for a big or small group. The double bedroom door got locked with our luggage inside and the keys had not been provided. This caused a delay in our dinner plans. However, the owner was extremely responsive and communicative, and travelled to the apartment immediately to open the door for us. Overall, a great experience.

This was our first time to London. We got around easily as the bus stop was near the house. One of the bedroom had a very stong weed smell. But it is not on the host's hand.
