Nothing at all

- Knights (3/5): Rude agent. Forgetful caretaker. Cat poo in garden. Nice house. - Lovely house. Very modern. Spacious. Double garage. Location - overlooking industrial estate. Large trucks going past.
Kitchen - fine but no clean cutlery or crockery. We managed to locate them in the dishwasher. They were dirty. We contacted the host who said she would speak with the caretaker and get back to us. She never got back to us. When followed up the night before we were leaving she was rude and said " I thought you would have found the dishwasher tablets by now" and questioned repeatedly why we had not done the cleaning. She also offered a partial refund for the inconvenience but this has never materialised.
Check the windows. Three windows were left open. We didn't realise this, as one was hidden behind a blind, and we left the property unsecured with our belongings inside and it was also open overnight whilst we slept. Cat poo in back garden. I am allergic to cats and when I went to bed in the main room, I started to have symptoms that indicated a cat had been present in the bedroom, specifically on the bed (bedding).

Clean and Spacious
Easy instructions to follow to check-in

Shower over bathtub made it difficult to use.
No towel racks in main bathroom.
Plug in ensuite stuck on arrival and couldn’t unclogged in ensuite.
No bath mat, hand towels, tea towels, dish clothes or bin liners on arrival.
Oven extremely difficult to use, manual wasn’t correct for oven.
Cleaning needed to be better - mould in dins, rubbish from previous guests under couches.
Door handle to toilet coming off.
Barn doors to garage not practical (were also broken) and a major hazard for children.
Sensor lights in ensuite very annoying.
Felt done on the cheap.

- Noble (8/5): Very nice just a little frustrated about the neighbours but overall pretty good. - Plenty of room and very well laid out property The very noisy neighbours on the master bedroom side of the house. Loud music on Friday night and up all night Saturday night very loud at 1am to at least 5am.

We loved the coffee machine too, and the iceblocks are a lovely idea.
Thank you we'd use your company again for sure. Everything was great.
I would suggest maybe supplying more garbage bags as we only had one. I would also suggest having large knives to cut with a there were none there.

- Lua (4/5): VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY! - Lovely new spacious modern home, clean and tidy with lovely decor and linen and other little useful amenities provided ie shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handwash which was appreciated. The ducted aircon was faulty throughout the majority of the house and was identified to real estate on the day of check in /arrival. We were in the property for 4 nights 3 of which were business days and the problem was not rectified. Furthermore the fridge did not cool despite being on maximum setting - also identified to the agent. Temporary provisions were provided by the agent half way through our stay however the aircon/cooling issue in the house was not resolved, infact it actually made the room warmer!. QLD weather was extremely hot during our stay and 2 of our guests in particular were very uncomfortable without the adequate aircon especially in the bedrooms and main kitchen /dining area (which is the main reason we selected this accommodation due to being new and presumably having a functional aircon). The Real estate actually seemed to insinuate that the problem was our imagination based on the stays before us not having the same issues? Very poorly handled by the real estate - we requested reimbursement for the inconvenience and were declined as they felt they had handled the situation?. We paid for a service that was unsatisfactory and did not deliver as advertised - nor was it rectified appropriately by the agent through using a professional serviceman for both issues during our entire stay! Therefore if you're interested in staying in a "sauna-like" accommodation over the heated summer in BNE, with tepid drinks from the fridge with no real resolution provided by the agent - then this is your place! Good luck. Agent also did not advise of the appropriate complaints process despite my requests.

Need stove manual, especially for the less tech-savvy.
If possible to reduce emf exposure by turning 5G off on the router, or turn the router off completely when sleeping.
