• Emanuela (3/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Probabilmente solo la posizione, vicino Victoria Station. Tutto. Le foto nell’annuncio sono ingannevoli: la stanza sembra più grande e pulita. In realtà si tratta di un piccolo sgabuzzino sporco. Nel bagno c’è un lavello che definirlo tale sarebbe anche troppo. La prima sera la doccia non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo che qualcuno dello staff ce la venisse a riparare. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non regge: uno sgabuzzino del genere non può venire a costare 600€ per una settimana, nonostante si tratti di Londra!

• chinta (7/5): Ok for single person for week or two. - Great location, 5 or 10 minutes walk from victoria and therefore all of central london attractions. Shopping, bars, restaurants within easy walking distance. Studio is indeed compact. NO washing machine which I hoped would have been in there (no room for one). Single bed only (I was on my own but I like to stretch in bed and have my laptop setup). Sink is very small so difficult to do any washing up. All in all fine for a single person for a week or two but longer would be testing.
• Julesot1 (10/5): It's great fun like a Big bus or the breakfast bus tours look. Really picturesque. - I was in an apartment-self catering on the ground floor. it was really nice and the area was really great! I enjoyed the walks in the area and used my phone map. I found a really good Pizza Hut and had a fab pizza. It really made my day. There was nothing really I didn't like. It was all really great and it helped when I went on the rest of my own little tour. The most fun was in the different types of people and cosmopolitan restaurants and cafes. It's a good area to get a slice of life.
• Christopher (7/5): OK stay - Convenient Location Key Collection nd drop off. I was not aware of the arrangements when booking and the drop off location at the end was not open as advertised. Bed not that comfy.
• Nikoline (2/5): p.s and, yes, additional “pleasure”: all five years the second flat’s neiborhoid all five nights play comp’s games, and - Property are located in the quiet area. 1.no chair in the rooom…(( 2. Two option: to stay or to sleep. 3. Matrace alll time going down. 3. Cannot turn on/off the light by the bed. How high I have to be for catch the light? 4. The boxes for dishes as well - very high…. yes, if in the room I have a chair…. but … 5. The recommendation on the wall: “please, open the window”… I wish.., but it’s was impossible. • Paulo (1/5): Tricky service, allergy, hidden fees and no check in and out service in the adress you have booked - only very far away - The neighborhood, just that, outside the apartment. This was the worst apartment experiencie I have ever had! I don’t recommend it at all. First things first, there are several hidden informations about the apartment. After you book it, the landlord forces you to pay for an extra non refundable insurance for your stay in the apartment . He says if you don’t pay it, you won’t be able to check in, and it is an non refundable fee, instead for the landlord doing himself the insurance and charging it included in the booking price. So be aware of extra insurance fee. There is something written of this insurance in the apartment description, but it does not say about you will have to pay extra for it.m, prices or anything like that in the description. Second of all, there is no check in and out service in the address of the apartment for you. The landlord informes you a convenience store many blocks away for the apartment, and forces you to go there if you want to get the keys and return the keys. I asked the landlord at 7 am of the check out day if someone would come pick up the keys in the apartment address because I was with two bags and it was raining, and I said it wasn’t right not to provided check in and out service (even if it’s a lock box) in the same address that I have booked. The landlord didn’t do anything about my request, and was forcing me to go to the convenience store to check out until 11 (answering my request with a negative only around 11 o’clock) . The landlord kept forcing me to go where he wanted in order to me check out (didn’t give me any alternative), despite the rain, distance and no warning about that (only a message in the previous day of check out). I didn’t think it was right and waited someone to show up in the apartment. At 2 pm the cleaner showed up, and so I immediately checked out of the apartment and asked to give her the keys. The landlord send me a message, saying (lie) that as we had a phone conversation, and it was 2 pm, he was going to charge me and extra late check out fee.
• Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location, around a 10 minute walk from the Victoria station A little small, but perfect for a solo traveller
• Louis (10/5): Perfect location for a solo traveller - Great location with accessibility to central London and beyond via Pimlico and Victoria stations. Cozy as advertised, perfect for a solo traveller visiting for work purposes. Staff were responsive, the property was clean, and checking in and out was straight forward. N/A
• Richard (7/5): I would stay here again. - Good facilities (for a maximum of one guest at a time). Convenient to shops, and not too inconvenient to the underground. The carpet in the foyer was wet. I could not get to the loo without either getting my feet wet (and then putting my wet feet back into the bed) or risking a slip/fall by taking a large precarious step across. I blame the previous guest for soaking the carpet, but I also blame the cleaning crew for not using a carpet-cleaning vacuum to dry it.
• Tony (6/5): Apartment was as described and very small. Location was excellent for getting round London. - Excellent location with good shops close by. It would have been nice to have a TV.
• Mike (8/5): Very good - Location value for money. No tea, coffee etc.
• Nivi (2/5): Hidden fees and no service - Hidden fees, non refundable, unhelpful staff, payed for a day of stay and didn't get the keys so had no room to stay at night and the staff didn't care and didn't help
• Marconi (5/5): it okay if you are planning to stay just for sleep and you want to stay around that area. - neighbourhoods it’s pretty nice it is way too small. I couldn’t even seat straight in the toilet
