- Gary (10/5): Great apartment in great location. - Great location for Túria Park and the old town. Next to grocery store. All the amenities needed for an extended stay. Extra sheets and towels. Bathroom and kitchen very modern. Bed was just a queen size and a little firmer than my preference.

- marianne (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf, goede inrichting, fijn sleutelprocedure, geweldige stad maar graag iets meer persoonlijk en minder - Prima appartement op heel fijne lokatie net alles in de buurt, loopafstand van oude centrum, winkel om de hoek. Rust om te slapen en beetje reuring bij zitkamer. Gezellig. Onpersoonlijk contact. Weliswaar alles aanwezig maar overal moet je voor bijbetalen. Voor twéé weken hadden we ieder een kleine en grote handdoek (5 euro pp bijbetalen als je extra wil) en er is geen reservelaken dus je moet het wassen en dezelfde dag drogen in de machine. Wij hebben dus extra handdoeken gekocht want is goedkoper dan ‘huren’.
- Migoha (9/5): Fast sehr gut ;-) - Das Apartment ist sinnvoll ausgestattet, Die Küche mit Utensilien konnten wir gut nutzen. Das Schlafzimmer grenzt an eine kleine Terasse mit Stühlen und Tischen im Innenhof. Dadurch ist es angenehm ruhig. Auf der Terasse ist auch eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner, die sehr gut funktionierte. Vom Wohnbereich schaut man auf eine belebte Kreuzung, die nur wenig Durchgangsverkehr hat. Es gibt kleine Restaurants und Cafes sowie einen Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Fussgängig sind Torres de Serrano und Turia Park in 5 min zu erreichen. 1. Vor der Anreise muss eine Kaution von 800EUR überwiesen werden. Es gibt jedoch keine persönliche Übergabe der Wohnung und keine Checkliste zum Inventar. Man muss sich auf die Vermietungsgesellschaft verlassen, dass sie vor der Anreise das Apartment richtig kontrolliert hat, so dass man die Kaution nach dem Aufenthalt zurück bekommt. 2. Die Fenster zur Strasse haben zum Abdunkeln sehr schöne innenliegende Holzläden vor den Fenstern. Zusätzlich wurden Vorhänge angebracht, die jedoch das vollständige Öffnen der Holzläden unmöglich machen. Tipp: Vorhänge entfernen, braucht man nicht. 3. Das System für die Öffnung der Wohnungstür funktioniert über eine App, so dass man immer ein Smartphone bei sich haben muss und zum Öffnen die App aufrufen muss. Das System merkt sich auch nicht, in welchem Apartment man wohnt, sehr nervig. Bei kurzen Gängen zum Einkauf, einem schnellen Kaffee gegenüber oder dem Strandbesuch stört das Smartphone. Tipp: Chipkartenleser, wie in Hotels üblich, bereitlegen.
