Joseph (4/5): Felt lied to and cheated - The property is clean and close to the nearby tram station First of all we booked this place thinking it was the one shown in the pictures with the balcony .But turns out there’s two flats one on ground floor and one above with the balcony. Unfortunately they sneakily don’t tell you which one you’re booking as there is no way to know when booking. The pics on both options are the same. We got the bottom one and it was not great, no coffee machine like in the DESCRIPTION and pictures. When I enquired I was told there’s a mokka in the cupboard (no coffee powder provided) , and told that the coffee machine is in the room with the balcony (I wish I knew that when booking somehow). As mentioned above there’s no balcony in this flat and it didn’t look like some of the pics of what I believe is the last above. Over all my wife and I felt cheated as we felt the description and selection options don’t tell you the whole story. When you’re coming on holiday you want to get what you pay for and we felt lied to. So we were not happy. Expectations from pics didn’t match what we got.
