Molto servita: nei dintorni c'è praticamente tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Ottima anche la pulizia e la disponibilità del locatore. Un punto in più a favore per la presenza del condizionatore, indispensabile con le temperature di Los Cristianos! Sceglierò sicuramente loro, qualora dovessi tornare in vacanza a Tenerife!

• Inés (9/5): Muy buen apartamento - El alojamiento está muy bien, su ubicación nos gustó ya que está alejado del centro pero a la vez tienes 10/15mins andado por el paseo hasta el ambiente. Además, tienes al lado un hiperdino y el mercadillo de los domingos y martes. El apartamento tiene de todo lo necesario, la cama y almohadas cómodas. Y la piscina está muy bien. Nada en si, como mucho nos hubiera gustado una toalla más.

The host was quick to respond before, during and after our stay. Not a criticism. As we were not a couple. There was a huge double bed whereas two singles is the norm in these types of rentals however there is a pull down sofa and the huge bed is super comfy!
• Andrei (9/5): Fair price and good conditions - My partner and I recently stayed at Carletto Los Angeles in Los Cristianos for four nights in the middle of June, and we had an overall pleasant experience. **Booking and Check-In:** We found the property through a booking app, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Upon arrival, we received clear instructions on how to pick up the keys, which made the check-in process efficient and easy. **Accommodation:** We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment that was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the apartment featured a spacious balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast and dinner outdoors. The only thing we missed was a comfortable couch or lounger on the balcony for relaxing in the evenings, as the chairs provided were more suited for dining rather than lounging. **Facilities:** The property boasts a lovely pool with very warm water, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was a nice spot to relax and unwind during our stay. **Location and Safety:** The location of Carletto Los Angeles is excellent. It’s pretty close to everything you need and situated in a very safe area. We felt comfortable enough to sleep with the balcony doors open. Although the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, we didn’t use it much as the temperature was quite pleasant. **Staff and Communication:** The staff were okay and communicated with us via WhatsApp for both check-in and check-out. This method worked well and we had no issues with it. **Value for Money:** The price for our stay was very fair, and we encountered no unexpected charges. For the quality and comfort provided, it was definitely worth the money. **Overall Experience:** If you’re not specifically looking for a traditional hotel room, I highly recommend this apartment. It offers good value for the price and makes you feel almost like home. The spacious balcony is a real highlight, though it could be improved with a more comfortable lounging option. Check-out at 10 AM is too early in my opinion, but those are the property rules and we were aware of it from the beginning. Is not a complaint but more like a suggestion.

• Will (10/5): Absolutely brilliant, we didn't want to leave and definitely want to go back to this apartment. - We loved absolutely everything about the apartment. Our host's attention to detail is second to none. There was nothing wanting with how the apartment is equipped and presented. Stand out mentions must go to the bed (which is so comfortable, we have never slept better in The Canaries) and to the shower which my wife absolutely loved. There are 2 televisions, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. Both have the main 5 UK channels on (should you wish to watch UK television whilst you are there). The whole hotel is in a secure compound. Considering its location, it is wonderfully quiet. Our only complaint is that there is currently no way to use the safe as a previous client lost the key and the host has not yet replaced it. However as there is practically no way of naughty people gaining access because of the secure compound and the fact that the 2 properties below are also privately owned and occupied by the owners.

• Charlotte (10/5): Happy Tenerife returners - Good location, easy parking, gated, with a gated pool too.. Well stocked kitchen with just about everything you will ever need. Very comfortable bed and good clean appartment lay out. We were bit confused how to use the ceramic stove, but thankfully every user manual for every appliance was at hand which helped us understand how use the worktop stove. Very organised and thoughtful which meant our stay was relaxed and memorable. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this appartment.

The apartment had absolutely everything you needed and was in excellent condition, from water and spices to a stroller and a beach umbrella. The owner of the apartment was friendly, we only communicated via WhatsApp. . There were some shortcomings, but they did not spoil our holiday.
• Claire (7/5): excellent overall stay, apartment fantastic, great location and would book future visits - Location was excellent. Apartment was excellent - bathroom could have been a little cleaner but overall excellent. All facilities available stove top, fridge/freezer, iron etc. Fantastic balcony for relaxing after a busy day. Nothing really could do with a few more English channels on the tv but to be honest we were out a lot of the time so not really an issue. Could have more contact with host/visit maybe just to check in and to ensure everything ok.

Good location for bars / shops, beach a short walk away. The coldest pool I have ever been in. Music playing from the complex bar all day with hardly anyone in. Sunbeds uncomfortable round the pool. Timings for arriving and departing the apartment inflexible. Balcony didn't get much sun during our November visit.

Made things difficult if we didn't all go out together. No parasols at pool and no shade after midday. Dogs not meant to be in complex but clearly are and barking in the early hours. Kettle didn't work as stated in previous reviews Bed very noisy as stated in previous reviews Doors really squeaky as stated in previous reviews Lightbulb went in bathroom (pitch black in daytime hours)host rude and expected me to go buy lightbulb And fit (which I did in the end because of waiting)
