• Christopher (9/5): - Great location, though a little confusing to get to the first time from the central station, but in the heart of one of the loveliest parts of town. Relatively quiet considering where it is. Walkable from the central station (which you can get the bus from the airport to) if you don’t have luggage and possible on the metro in about 30 minutes with luggage. Hosts were great with communication and waited for me at the property, even though I was late arriving due to a late train and some confusion on my part finding the metro at the central station. They were great throughout the stay and offered tips about local events etc.

• Monika (6/5): - Lokalizacja mieszkania to największy jego atut. Mieszkanie zlokalizowane w samym sercu starego miasta. Blisko do głównych atrakcji miasta, kawiarni i restauracji. Bardzo miły personel. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, jednak przy jednoczesnym włączonym grzejnika i czajnika lub kuchenki wyłączało korki. W Neapolu spędzaliśmy Nowy Rok, w mieszkaniu było dla nas stanowczo za zimno, z tego powodu zrezygnowaliśmy z ostatniej nocy pobytu. W mieszkaniu znajdował się niby grzejnik i klimatyzacja ale stare, nieszczelne okna i drzwi powodowały, że mimo to było zimno. Ładne zdjęcia apartamentu wprowadzają w błąd, wyposażenie jest stare, mieszkanie wymaga już renowacji. Dodatkowo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience. Mieszkanie jest na 3 wysokim piętrze bez windy, dla nas nie był to problem, ale dla niektórych pewnie to ważne.

• Elizabeth (6/5): Good position, but overall it was disappointing. - Alessandro met us at the building and very kindly carried my suitcase up the stairs. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the air conditioning and washing machine. The location is right in the heart of the historical centre, however it was reasonably quiet at night. The photos in the listing make the apartment appear much nicer than it really is. The sofa was old, stained and sagged in the middle and it wasn’t really a nice space to relax after a long day sightseeing. The apartment is run down and wasn’t that clean with various items of junk in the cupboards The seal on the fridge was filthy and some of the kitchen utensils were old and dirty. We purchased a new sponge and a cheese grater and left them with the property.

• Zeljka (9/5): Loved it! Cosy, comfy & good location - It’s a cute & cozy apartment in a very good location. The bed is very comfortable, with nice linen. Two air conditioners, on in each room - living room/kitchen & in bedroom. Also they have an iron you can use, love that! Dorotea handled our check in and was very nice to give us early check in. Thank you! We’ll choose this stay again! ❤️

• Bento (1/5): Deception - Alessandro who made the check-in with as, is a really ni e guy It has been a horrible experience, since I felt cheated from the first moment I arrived at that apartment, first the entrance, horrible, it seems that the building is going to fall apart, then the apartment is a third floor without elevator with a million stairs that we had to climb with suitcases. Already when you enter the apartment and you see that it is not what the photos show, an absolute disappointment, it was dirty and the apartment is old. It smelled bad and it was disgusting to touch anything in the apartment. I have more pictures where it shows that they cheat with the pictures they publish, but unfortunately I can only post 4.

• Liliia (5/5): Rather disappointing, the apartment is cute but has a lot of problems - The apartment is cute and has everything necessary for a solo traveller or a couple, although some minimal cooking necessities like salt and pepper, as well as a bottle of water as a welcome compliment in the extremely hot summer day would be appreciated. I appreciated a kettle in the kitchen, which is not a given in Italian flats, as well as aircon in both rooms, a washing machine and a list of recommendations for the restaurants, grocery stores and taxi services. The location is extremely convenient for visiting all the sightseeings in the historic center, but, at the same time, pretty far away from any public transportation which can be taxing if you are on foot with a suitcase to drag through the cobblestones of the city center under the extreme heat before bringing it up 6 flights of stairs, which was already mentioned by other travellers. On all the other days walking up the stairs did not bother me. Gaia, the contact person, was responsive on WhatsApp. The apartment has a lot of problems. Bathroom: The worst for me was the clogged drain which is extremely disgusting while taking a shower. Yes, the owners ask you to remove the grid that covers it, but it does little to help since the pipes seems to be clogged on the inside, and the noise that the water makes when the pipes are clogged was heard from the bathroom regularly throughout the entire stay even when the bathroom was not used for several hours. In addition the shower head is broken and falls off all the time. The water was cold, or rather room temperature, which was not a big deal for me, but might be a problem for some. Air conditioning: The condensation from the air conditioners is collected in plastic jars through a tube that goes inside the flat. The jars seem to be moldy inside, which is unpleasant on its own, but at some point they were full and this water started to spill on the floor. It took me some time to find the reason of a huge paddle in the bedroom, and when I found it, I understood that I could not use the aircon any more. Service: Despite Gaia trying to be responsive and help, the general attitude of the landlords is not very hospitable at all. They collect a separate fee for the linen, which blows my mind because a short term rental without linen is just not a thing. Despite charging extra for it, it's mentioned in the "rule book" of the apartment that if you want it changed, you need to pay extra again, cleaning is payable too and, even though I stayed for a week, the apartment was not cleaned even once. Meanwhile, they expect you to throw out the garbage before checking out, it's also in the "rules", even though the apartment will be cleaned anyway before the next guests. Lastly, even though there is a washing machine in the flat, the clothespins or drying rack are not provided.
• Emmanouela (7/5): Nice apartment, very good location near to the highlights of the city of Naples. - The extra payment (40 euro) for the keys' collection on arrival. The cost for the late check in (untill 00:00) was 30 euro and for every extra hour we delayed our arrival we must have paid 10 euro more. Although we arrived at 00:08 at the apartment we paid 40 euro. It would be much better for the property if it had a door code or a lock box with the keys in.
