• Dubovik (6/5): Overall, great location and amenities, but poor condition impacted our stay. - The apartment is close to the beach, with many restaurants, shops, taxis, and public transport nearby. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. The apartment has everything needed for cooking, a nice balcony with a sea view, and two bathrooms, which is especially convenient for two couples. The apartment is not in the best condition anymore. When we arrived, the balcony window was broken and taped up, which felt unsafe, especially if you are traveling with children. Also, some small things were falling apart (towel hooks, toilet paper holder), the shower was not clean, and there were stains on the furniture. The washing machine was not working, which really affected our stay as it was important for us. I had seen a comment about the washing machine from 3 months before our trip, and it seems nothing has changed since then. So I wouldn’t be surprised if the balcony window is still broken in a few months as well. I would not choose this apartment again for my stay.
• Jekaterina (10/5): - Some places you stay at are just a place to sleep. This apartment was one of those rare ones that quietly becomes part of the memory of the trip. Every morning started on the balcony with an incredible view that never got old, the kind that makes you slow down your coffee just to look a little longer. It really set the tone for the whole stay. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed. It felt well cared for and easy to settle into, which makes a big difference when travelling with family. The location was also spot-on ,close enough to everything to make exploring easy, yet calm and relaxed. Perfect for family days out and peaceful evenings. And a special mention to the host, who was genuinely kind and always in touch if we needed anything. That level of care made the stay feel even more welcoming. All in all, it felt less like renting a place and more like borrowing a lovely corner of Puerto de Santiago for a while

• anthony (8/5): Great Location, just be aware of steep hill or steep steps to gain access to the apartment. - The flat is in a great location as long as you can climb steep stairs. Great sea view, just above restaurants and bars. Very clean and well equipped. No instructions for the television or the wi-fi.? Washing M/C there is one you will find it in the cupboard outside the front door? Beds clean and comfortable, towels for both bathrooms and for beach. Owner was very helpful on our last day. It would be good if the owner put some basic items in the fridge (even if we had to pay for these as extras) i.e water, milk etc. There is no parking at the apartment but plenty of parking in the road. When we arrived it was dark and you may have a problem finding the apartment and box as its very dark round back of the apartments. When you come in from the main road open the iron gates (here you will find a very steep ramp which you must go to the top, This is going to be a big problem if you have big cases to carry or you have problem walking up stairs or up very steep hills) At the top of the ramp turn left and walk to the end of the 3rd block of apartments it is the first one (top floor) of this block. The only way into the apartments is either via the ramp or 2. with 42 very steep steps or 3. with very steep steps and a bit of a ramp. Do Not attempt to take your car in as it will let you in but will not let you out. Note for the owner, it would be great if you made up an information pack that covered the items in the apartment as well as mentioning restaurants and bars etc.
• ANGELA (8/5): Podría ser excelente pero… - Moderno y funcional. Lo mejor las vistas. La lavadora no funcionaba. Las toallas necesitan reposición o mejor limpieza. El sumidero de la entrada estaba atascado y la terraza de la puerta principal estaba completamente inundada al llegar. Tuvimos que atravesar descalzos para no estropear el calzado unos 10 metros de distancia y achicar 14 cubos de agua al llegar.

• Dariusz (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, On the main street but very quiet. the host seemed to be looking after you all time. Good contact. Apartment very well equipped. Clean. Good space. Thank You Personally, it didn`t bother me , but for older people, you have to climb stairs or enter the next gate via ramp.
