• Kyeong Hee (5/5): 장단점이 있는 - 예쁘게 잘 꾸며 놓음. 작지만 세탁기가 있음. 웰컴 워터와 초콜릿을 줌. 식기 등이 잘 갖춰져 있음. 한국에 흔치 않은 천장을 향해 들어올리는 창이 좋았음. 천장 창도 있고 전등이 많아서 방을 환하게 쓸 수 있음. 호스트가 친절함 역 근처지만 건물 있는 골목이 상대적으로 외짐. 방은 깨끗하게 잘 꾸며 놨지만 건물 자체가 낡아서 건물 입구에서 5층 입구까지 곰팡이 냄새가 남. 엘베 없는 5층이라 큰 짐을 나르는 오는 날, 가는 날 좀 힘들었음.

• Dmitrii (3/5): - The apartment was clean, but the smell of cigarette smoke was extremely strong and persistent. It was present in all rooms and significantly affected comfort during the stay. For non-smokers, this is a serious issue and should be clearly disclosed in the listing.
• Chandra (7/5): Small but efficient unit near old town. - The location is convenient to the old town and central train station. Enjoyed the natural light from the 2 dormer windows that both open. Well appointed kitchen to be able to cook. Grocery store 1/2 a block from the bldg was great! The unit shares a hallway with another unit at the top of 4 very steep flights of stairs with a security door. The first night the person/people staying adjacent were in and out until 1am slamming their door and the security door and it is not well insulated so its very loud n jarring. It also smelled of cigarette smoke from them. I had to stuff a towel next to the bottom of my door because the security light kept coming on n shining into my unit off/on, off/on. The only other thing to note is that the cooking surface is right next to the bed and the table so if your cooking splatters it goes on the bed n table, had to open the windows as well to vent the cooking smells. I also believe that pictures of the stairs should be on the listing because they were very wonky n the stairwell/entry is very dirty n old which took me aback at first. The unit itself is cute but could use some fresh paint....

• AllyR (9/5): Very enjoyable stay, lots of nice touches. - Liked the space, the view from the windows, how well equipped it is and how close to Aldi and the station it is. I know the area well so I felt at home. It is a lovely bright space with lots of natural light. The choice of 4 different types of tea and 2 types of coffee pads are a nice touch, milk and sugar are also available. The kitchen is well-equipped to be able to make a meal. I would very much like to return to this apartment, hopefully next year. The fact that the washing machine was advertised as being IN the flat but is actually in a small corridor between 2 flats. It also requires a minimum of 2 x 50-cent coins which also wasn't mentioned - not expensive but it's important to state facts correctly. The stairs up to the flat aren't for the faint hearted and a reasonable level of fitness is required. No problem to me, but will not be suitable for everyone.

• yu.ulka (8/5): Great roof top view, close to the city center and the main train/bus station. - The roof top view is great! Apartment is nice and cozy, well equipped kitchen. The apartment is at the roof top level, can be a bit difficult for old people or for people with problems with a legs. There is no elevator, you need to climb to the spiral staircase.

• Emrah (10/5): Wonderful stay - We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s well-equipped and made us feel right at home. The only thing to note is that there’s no elevator, so be prepared to use the stairs — especially if you forget something like I did with my phone! But honestly, it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily stay here again. Thank you for everything!

• Lorena Arteaga Acosta (10/5): Excelente sitio, limpio y muy buena ubicación - Lo limpio que estaba y la ubicación y la amabilidad de los dueños Que era un cierto piso sin ascensor, pero bueno el chico me lo había dicho.
