The spa access included in the price is very nice The corridors of the hotel remind me of a student dormitory, could be refreshed. Pillows need to be changed, they were very flat. The pools were a bit cold. Also, I can imagine that if there is a lot of guest, it can be really crowded, as they are not big.

• RockElToro (8/5): - Kylpylä ja koko hotelli olivat siistissä kunnossa ja sijainti hyvä kun matkan syy oli juniorikiekkoilu. Sänky poikkeuksellisen hyvä hotellisängyksi selkävammaisellekin. Ravintola ei oikein jostain syystä onnistunut. Ruoka oli ihan ok ja henkilökunta mukavaa mutta tilaus kesti toista tuntia ja yksi ruoka tuli kun muut oli syöty. Eikä illut ainakaan ruuhkasta kyse. Huoneen Chromecastia ei pystynyt liittämään

Pool area was nice, it has warm pools, pool for swimming, water slides and saunas. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the hotel in general is a bit outdated.

• Virva (10/5): Leppoisaa lomailua - Kylpylä on kiva ja tarpeeksi iso. Aamiainen ja ruuat muutenkin todella hyvät. Erilliset höyrysaunat eivät toimi kunnolla.
• Thomas (7/5): Gute Lage und Preis-Leistung - Gute Lösung für 4-Bett-Zimmer, genug Platz im Bad und Zimmer trotz kleiner Größe, Super Preis-Leistung, Schwimmbad war nett gestaltet (es ist keine Therme wie man es in Deutschland kennt) Zimmer etwas in die Tage gekommen. Frühstücksraum war zwar total überlaufen, kaum Platz, dennoch wurde alles am Buffet schnell nachgefüllt. Restaurant war nicht wirklich gut.

Restaurangen är rymlig och trivsam Finns just inget att klaga på, skulle kanske ha vilja ha ett rum med dubbelsäng, eller att man sku ha kunnat plasera sängarna bredvid varandra. Men två nätter är nu inte så farligt att inte få sova brevid sin man. Ja har ju fått sova bredvid min nan i över 40 år redan .

• Patovuo (8/5): - Kylpylähotellin sijainti Saimaan rannalla metsämaisemissa on upea. Hyvä perusaamiainen, kiva kylpyläosasto. Huone (ja itse hotellikin) hieman "kulahtanut" ja osittain kaipaisi pientä päivitystä, mutta silti aivan riittävä meidän seurueen tarpeisiin, eli ei valittamista. Henkilökunnalle isot kiitokset ystävällisyydestä ja etenkin meidän synttärilapsen huomioimisesta. Tyttö ei olisi halunnut lähteä kotiin ollenkaan. En halua niuhottaa, joten pari kehitysehdotusta sen sijaan ;) Ravintolassa oli ruuhkaa perjantai-iltana ja ruokaa sai odottaa melko kauan, ja tarjoilija tästä mainitsikin mutta vasta tilauksemme otettuaan. Olisi hyvä jos tämä kerrottaisiin jo ennen pöytiin ohjausta. Toisekseen olisi kiva jos lainattavat lautapelit yms. olisivat vastaanotossa kahvilan sijaan. Lähtöpäivänä kahvila kiinni, ja reilu pari tuntia aikaa kulutettavaksi ennen junan lähtöä 10-vuotiaan kanssa, joten aika kävi pitkäksi pelihallista huolimatta.

• Aila (7/5): - Rauhallista ja siistiä. Ulkona näytti mukavalta mutta ilma oli vierailun aikana sateinen ja kylmä niin jäi tutustumatta alueeseem. Allasbaari ja aulan kahvilaravintola sulkeutui klo 17 joten ei ehditty käyttää. Se harmitti kun oli lyhyt vierailu ja buffetruoka ei kiinnostanut, buffet tosi täysi ja liian hintava pieneen nälkään ja alacarte ikävästi samassa buffetin kanssa.

• Endre (8/5): Good weekend close to the nature and a great spa. - The location is very good, the spa has lots of facilities and it was not crowded. The breakfast is great, well exceeded my expectations. The hotel must not have been full, still we were given a little bit run down room. (The price we paid some two month ago was much higher then the current room rate.) The shades did not work, the bed was too soft.

• Niina (10/5): Hyvä lomailupaikka lasten kanssa. - Mukavaa, että kylpylä oli käytössä vielä huoneenluovutuksen jälkeenkin. Ruokailun oli helposti järjestettävissä. Siisti ja kiva huone. Tyynyt eivät olleet hyvät.

• Tuulia (10/5): - Kaikessa oli soljuva sujuvuus, ruoka oli maittavaa ja puolihoito hintansa väärti. Koira tervetullut ja häntäkin muistettu saapuessa ihanasti. Hotellihuoneen sijainti optimaalinen rentoon pitkään viikonloppuun. Todella nautimme ja menemme varmasti uudelleenkin. Yhteiskäyttö saunassa ihmeellistä ja häiritsevää tuijotusta, tuli ällöttävä olo siellä. Luulisi sen olevan pariskunnille ja perheille mutta sinkku ukkoja siellä istui ja makaili, tuijotti häpeämättä suoraan muita saunojia, naisena koin tämän todella ahdistavaksi. Sinkku ihmisille on reilusti muitakin saunatiloja käytössä mutta sinne ne tulivat tuijottamaan niin ettei pariskuntana mahduttu yhdessä saunaan.
• Yrjö (8/5): Ihan mukava vierailu - Aamiainen oli hyvä, eräällä niistä tosin onnistuin ottamaan lautaselleni pekonia joka oli yli sitkeätä, no vaihtamalla parani. Pääsiäis buffetissa ollut lammas/karitsa oli sitkeätä, ilmeisesti kypsennys jäänyt vajaaksi, ei sitä oikeaa pashaakaan ollut sitten tarjolla. Tästähän oli maksettu lisähinta? seuraavan päivän edullisempi buffetti oli laadukkaampi.

Kylpylän pesu/pukutilojen lattioiden likaisuus päivällä..lattioiden, pesutilan puolella nopea huuhtaisu ei vie aikaa. Aamiainen ei kestänyt väenpaljoutta.

• Victoria Khevavasam (7/5): Nice Spa hotel - We were travelling as a group of friends. The room is spacious and cozy. We like that it might be divided into 2 rooms by the sliding door, which I think is very nice for a group of people or a family with kids. Spa and live music at the restaurant were amazing. I liked that there was a variety of nice baths and pools (also pool for jogging) in spa. So, the spa is 5***** Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay. There are electric cattle, tea, coffee and a hairdryer. This is very nice! We were missing shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Also, no bathrobes provided, which is quite strange for a SPA hotel. It is funny that it costs only 5euro and anyone can rent it at the reception. But when you cannot find it in the room, you would never buy it at the reception. I think that a hotel can easily add +15 euro to the room cost and provide bathrobes and toiletries. It might make the hotel more comfortable and luxury.
