• Mariana (5/5): - le logement était bien placé, la piscine était appréciable, le supermarché en bas du logement était très pratique, nous étions pas loin de la mer c’était très agréable nous y sommes allée à pied Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce logement et avons malheureusement été déçus par plusieurs points. • La propreté laissait à désirer : poussière sous le meuble TV, vaisselle pas impeccable, et le sol n’était pas bien entretenu. • La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement : elle soufflait de l’air mais ne rafraîchissait pas la pièce. • La porte d’entrée du bas était difficile à ouvrir. • Le congélateur était rempli de glace, impossible d’y stocker quoi que ce soit. • Aucun tapis de bain ni produits de première nécessité (pas même une éponge, sel ou poivre). • Le matériel d’entretien était insuffisant : l’aspirateur rejetait plus de saleté qu’il n’en aspirait, pas de balai disponible, seulement une balayette sans brosse. C’est dommage car le logement pourrait être agréable avec un meilleur suivi et un minimum d’équipement fonctionnel.

• Noel (3/5): Marbella was nice and waiting for booking .com to sort out the problem. The appartment ruined our st - We Booked a 1 bedroom appartment and it turned out to be a small studio with no veranda no swimming pool, very little hot water in shower,The bathroom wash sink was blocked., No hot water in wash up basin. Wi fi did not work for two days. We rang phone number numerous occasions lookin for extra pillows and towels to no avail. No contact from rep till morning of departure and told that it was the company problem and not hers. We contacted Booking .com on the monday after 25th mayand are still waiting on 04/06 for a reply from them
• Bettina (5/5): Disappointing, dusty, no answer from owners after several messages - The apartment itself is small but okay for one solo person. The pictures look a bit better than reality though. Basic facilities were there. When I arrived at the apartment it seemed as if no one had been there for several months. It seemed clean at the first glance, every surface was full of dust and the sheets and sofa full of hair from strangers. The were fish moth in the bathroom and kitchen. I asked the owners to send cleaning people once again, but it took 2 days until someone arrived. I asked for a deep clean and change of sheets (which werde full of dust as well). It was slightly better afterwards, but since the vacuum cleaner in the Appartement didn’t really work there was still dust left even after that second „cleaning“. Since this was not really satisfying and I didn’t feel very comfortable sleeping there I cleaned myself. I asked for a discount or anything they could offer me, but I was not able to contact them. I wrote several messages, none was answered. Not exactly good service and hospitality. It feels like this place isn’t thoroughly looked after. The mattress feels very worn out as well. Overall, not the greatest experience and therefore I would expect some accommodation from the owners.
• Rebecca (6/5): Pleasant - It's in a good location, close to the beach and there is a shop next door. The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials; washing machine, kitchen utensils, good wifi, towels, hairdryer etc. Pilar was very welcoming when showing me the apartment and giving me the keys. The property lists a swimming pool as one of it's facilities, but when I arrived, and after asking the host several times for information on the pool I was told it only opens for the month of July, which isn't stated anywhere when booking. Also, the pool is located in an adjacent apartment block that is locked so I'm not convinced you would have access to it regardless. The kitchen and bedroom aren't separated which isn't ideal and there isn't a main light, just a few lamps.
• Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Bed was large and amazingly comfortable. Apartment had all essentials (shampoo, shower gel, toilet roll, tea towels, plenty of towels, blankets etc) Washing machine and WiFi Modern and clean apartment. Supermarket next door and Carrefour express nearby for Sundays (when Mercado closed). Bus stop at end of the road Beach at end of the road (by the port) but still just 2 mins walk and could then walk along the promenade to other parts of the beach. Great base for day trips (take bus to Marbella bus station for onward travel to Málaga, Gibraltar, Ronda) Nothing really! About 20 min walk to Marbella Centro or 1 euro on the bus! Fine for me as I loved walking along the promenade but others may like to be very central. Bit strange not having a main light to switch on as you entered the apartment (especially at night), but were 2 lamps and main lighting in kitchen area. Could've done with a book of how to work items in the apartment and info. Not given info on the pool area- perhaps it was closed.
