• Joanna (10/5): Idealny dla ludzi lubiących i ceniących sztukę/historię, aczkolwiek z drobnymi niewygodami. - Piękne mieszkanie z oryginalnymi, historycznymi meblami, freskami na ścianie, drewnianymi stropami i zmiennymi ościerzami. Są nawet dwie kolumny w przedpokoju. Rzadko można spotkać tak oryginalny klimat za taką cenę. Do tego mieszkania przyjemnie się wracało. Spodoba się ludziom lubiącym historię/sztukę Informacje, które przewijają się w innych recenzjach są prawdą: za mało kubków i wieszaków, na zewnątrz bywało głośno, czasami nie było ciepłej wody. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale to kwestia preferencji.

LEAN RESEÑAS . - La ubicación La falta de atención por parte del anfitrión , llegamos a 17:00 y nos pudimos duchar porque el agua caliente no salía , llamamos en 4 ocasiones y no contestaban . Le dejé un mensaje por booking y nada . Al día siguiente aún sin bañarme porque hacía mucho frío , me puse en contacto con booking para realizar la reclamación pertinente y al final sobre las 18:00 de este día , o sea 24h más tarde me responden que hay que dar a un botón abajo de la calefacción. Me dispongo a darle al botón y si sale caliente pero se va y viene , un auténtico desastre y viendo las reseñas nos damos cuenta que desde el 2023 hay gente quejándose por lo mismo y no sé cómo booking sigue teniendo esto en su página . No hay ni una mosquitera y como habrás la ventana se te llena de mosquitos y no hay quien duerma . Y un espejo del Ikea para verte entero no estaría mal que no cuesta nada que estamos en Florencia y hay que vestirse . Fatal .

• Safiya (2/5): Had to call police and firefighters to find host in emergency - The location of the appartment, appartment is beautiful. The appartment is beautiful and well-located, but communication with the hosts was a nightmare. One morning, water started leaking from the ceiling. When I stepped out in my pyjamas to ask neighbors for help, I accidentally locked myself out. The contact number provided didn’t answer and was later unreachable. It took FOUR hours, with the help of police and firefighters, to finally reach someone who sent a woman with keys. Luckily, I speak Italian and managed to explain the situation, but I can only imagine the stress a tourist rushing to catch a flight would go through. Also, the kitchen was dirty, the kettle was broken and leaking boiling water, and some sockets were sparking.
• Chrysoula (2/5): my stay was not pleasant, we didn't sleep well due to noise and we showered with cold water - the location was good, very convenient, walking distance to the old town center. the apartment was quite spacious and seemed nicely decorated at first glance. most important disadvantage is that both nights there was no hot water in the shower. i sent an email to the owners/managers and nobody ever replied to me. the owns/managers were uncontactable from the time of booking. the glasses and cups were not clean. the water heater to make tea was leaking, and water all around and that was dangerous for the child. there no electricity to the cooker to heat water there either. the sofa for the 3rd person was not comfortable. but the sheets were not proper sheets, those were duvet covers that were used as sheets..
• Savreen (9/5): Superb - The apartment has a wonderful old vibe. The furniture, the walls, the staircase, all feel like they were built many decades ago. This is not a drawback. The residence had really nice ambience. The bathroom is fit with modern hardware, and it worked well. Everything was clean when I entered the apartment. There were plenty of plates, cutlery next to the kitchenette. The location is very good too. Contrary to the description of the apartment, there was good wifi available. There was an odd smell in the apartment in the beginning. Essentially, they need to ventilate the apartments by opening the windows.

• Kylie (2/5): We coped but the stay was not muc better than camping. - Location. Lack of facilities. Poor kitchen in a cupboard with only 2 portable hotplates sitting on sink. Lighting inadequate. Hot water went cold after only 1 shower. Very old small fridge not cold enough. Thin torn sheets on bed.

• Sandra (6/5): Pleasant - Niccolò who took care of the guests' needs was amazing. He was always reachable via WhatsApp, helpful and friendly. He quickly solved one problem that occurred (broken toilet seat) and organised an ironing board for me. The apartment has a good location, away from the main tourists masses, but still everything is quickly reachable by feet. The pizzeria/ focacceria next door is great. The place itself has a beautiful historic flair. The furniture is beautiful from the outside, but it's not inviting to make yourself comfortable: The cupboards have a sour smell inside and only a few twisted hangers in them. The sideboards' drawers are smelly as well and stuffed with different thing that as well may rest in a chamber. So practically there is no space in this spacious apartment to unpack your things. The curtains are torn, no pillow covers in the living room....it makes an unkempt impression overall. The bathroom is smelly, the bed indeed constructed of two mattresses put on top of each other (didn't bother me as I was sleeping alone, in the middle of the bed). Streets are noisy, you can sleep with windows closed only.

• Max (5/5): Beautiful flat but glad it was only 1 night - The rustic decor was really nice A horrible night’s sleep, way too noisy and the mattress was very uncomfortable. For some reason the put a big mattress over a smaller mattress so the whole night I felt like I was sliding off the bed
• Josefina (8/5): Great location and host very good - Location location location. It had everything I need for one night. The host gave me precise instructions and all were smooth That the first floor was really a second floor and it is hard to climb stairs with suitcases
