• Jindra Jahnová (7/5): - Ubytovani je blizko centra. Recepce ani ubytovani neni oznaceno popisnym cislem. Taxi z letiste nas pred recepci vysadilo, ale jak nebyla receoce oznacena nemohli jsme recepci najit.

• Vid (7/5): - Easy to collect the keys just a few buildings away from the property. Perfect central location in town. Good value for easy going people not seeking luxury. They seem to have multiple apartments, what we got was not as nice as it seems on the pictures, but there was nothing to bad about it either. It was totally ok for the price and we had a nice stay.

Довольна - Расположение, (Фудкорт Сас, рынок 20мин, поющие фонтаны 10мин, каскад 15 мин, подземный супермаркет 5 мин) 5мин Холодильник, посуда, туалет в номере, персонал быстро решал возникающие вопросы. Задержали рейс заселили после 00.00. Кухня, с плитой микроволновкой, чайником и раковиной. Есть утюг, маломощный фен, стиралка, сушилка. Заехала одна, а полотенец, тапочек, зубных щеток с пастой, салфеток было на 3х. Клопов нет. Обогреватель большой. Телек, но не включала. С потолка капало в дождь. Душ не работал. Мылась под краном на уровне пояса. Струя средняя. Пятна на стенах( кто-то чайный пакетик кидал). Кухня на 3 комнаты. Но проблем не вызвало. Слышимость очень большая, но соседи тихие были. Отопления нет, но обогреватель

• Raduta (1/5): - It was hot water at the bathroom... The base of the building is almost colapsing. The rooftop was covered with some big plastic foil and was raining inside. The next room from my room was flooded. Inside my room the rooftop haves mold in the corners. We can not find anyone at the reception in the morning for checkout

• Liubov (1/5): - Сотрудник отеля без проблем и без штрафа отменил бронирование Ужасное место, плесень, грязь, ремонт, а фотографии на сайте очень сильно отличны от фактической ситуации, все было ужасно, мы зашли в номер и выехали через 10 минут несмотря на то, что была глубокая ночь. Номер был на 4ых, белье было только на трех кроватях. Ни фена, ни удобств, ничего хорошего.
• shayan (7/5): It’s not bad for 2,3 days stay - Just the location The place is bright as there is not enough curtains and noisy, plus too much stairs you should use as this one doesn’t have elevator, so with heavy suitcases it’s a big problem!
• Carla (7/5): bien pero necesita mejorar - la localización estaba bien, camas cómodas, gran detalle dejar cepillos de dientes y demás utilidades para el baño, aunque para la gente que estábamos no era suficiente. El baño era bastante pequeño y con solo una cortina se mojaba todo, luego se veía que faltaba limpieza y no dejaron toallas suficientes para todos los huéspedes.

• ROWENA (9/5): - The apartment's location is excellent - within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, tourist spots and bus stops. The staff were all wonderful especially Ms. Ana who was very helpful throughout our stay. Our tour guide, Mr. Misha was also excellent and made our tours truly enjoyable.

• Tibor (10/5): - Výborná lokalita, blízko centra. Milí a napomocní personál. Izba na prespanie postačí. Vybavenie kuchyne priemerné. Chýbali nám väčšie tanier, miska a podobne. Vizuálne nedostatky vchodu a izby.

• Matylda (5/5): Girl no - It was in the city center. The air conditioning worked. Man....First: it was dirty overally. Plus there was a massive bug on the shower curtain when we arrived. We got 1 (one!!) bath towel and 1 hand towel for 4 people to share for 4 days😭 (and 1 singular roll of toilet paper btw). Also the toilet makes a huge noise after you use the bathroom, like it's gonna explode or something. Don't go to the bathroom at night or you'll wake everybody up. You can't take showers that are longer than 10 mins, because after that the water is completely cold. We had to pull straws everyday to decide who gets to take a warm shower. There are ants, don't leave anything on the floor. Wifi doesn't work at all. Almost forgot to mention that you have to walk through a basement filled with junk to get to the apartment. I don't know if every apartment is like this - I'm talking about the one with gray bedframes.

• Kaveh (7/5): Just good location - Location and nice staff The entrance to the building is not secured, allowing easy access to the internal areas by anyone. Additionally, there are ongoing construction activities in the entrance area, which have resulted in significant clutter from construction materials. The flats themselves consist of individual rooms within a larger flat structure, sharing a common kitchen between at least three units. This setup may not be ideal for those seeking privacy or a quiet living environment.

• Misiņa (8/5): Very good - Good value for money, had all the basics one would need. Private bathroom, shared kitchen and more dining space with two other apartments. The hosts communicated professionally and effectively. Great location, right next to good supermarkets and cafes. Recommend for a stay with friends! It was a bit light in the room during the night as the windows face the street and have a gap at the top.
• Husena (3/5): Poor - The washroom was too small, there was a weird smell around the room that was always there. Kitchen and hall was shared which was only informed upon asking. Not much facilities in the kitchen too. No mop to clean around the room or washroom The only good thing about it was location. Best spot everything was really close by on foot.

• Juliana (7/5): Has it's pros and cons but overall not a bad experience. - The location was near a lot of places in the city like the park, supermarket, exchange services, restaurants, etc. It's only 20 mins from the airport with no traffic. You get what you pay for and this was a relatively cheap option at the time of booking so I have nothing to say about that. The room was clean and you have heaters and AC. The host and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly and you can ask them about anything. The wifi was pretty great. I requested for iron board and it was available. The room I booked also had an in-house shared washing machine and a shared kitchen. Airport transfer was useful and also quite cheap you have options for either a smaller or a bigger car. By the end of our stay, the host allowed us to leave our bags at the reception until our flight. :) The way to and from the actual property wasn't the most convenient. It's on the second floor and there was no lift. Upon booking, I thought I had booked the WHOLE apartment (as stated on the booking info) but when I arrived, we found out it was only one room out of the 3 rooms in the apartment. So the listing was a little misleading but it's not a big deal. I just wish they would have been more upfront about the specific unit you were going to get. Just because the room in the pictures has a nice view, doesn't mean that's the room they will give you. My room had a view of someone else's roof. Also, our bathroom window wasn't tinted :D it had no covering at all. We had to cover it with towels otherwise the whole Yerevan would have seen our private business!

• Dylan (10/5): Exceptional - This stay is perfect for large groups and in a prime location to see the city of Yerevan. The process to get the key was a breeze and recommend this stay for groups as it caters to all needs.

It is affordable, clean and safe place. - Breakfast is cheaper and location very convenient, it is really near to all the tourist spot in the city. most convenient and accessible in all kinds of transportation. It is minor comments only. everything is okey and available, But, if possible, just provide 2 towels in each person if they are staying more than 2 days. Specially in wintertime because it is not easy to dry the towel and provide some additional lights in the stairs and hallway so that easy to climb in the stairs.
• Małgorzata (10/5): Great apartment in the city centre. - It is a spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location in the Yerevan's city center within walking distance to all tourist attractions. My room was exactly as in the pictures. There was everything what a traveler might need. Whole apartment was very clean and renovated to a high standard. The whole area and the apartment entrance were safe for a solo traveller. It is quite noisy when people check-in in the middle of the night as all rooms share the same entry. Otherwise it would be the best stay I had during my trip.

Good restaurants nearby. when we arrived trashbin was full, so it was clear there were people before us and they did not clean the room properly. but for this value of money we knew we would not expect great things

• Mohammad (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the hotel was very good and we could walk five minutes to Republic Square or Blue Mosque and some tourist attractions. Our apartment (number 8) was one of two apartments located in the back yard and led to the street by a long and dirty corridor. Apparently, there were other houses in that corridor that belonged to other owners. The corridor was not beautiful at all and there were always other people from the residents of those houses in the yard and on our road. The apartment did not have a gas stove or cooking utensils and only had an electric kettle. The toilet had no washing liquid or soap. Once, to fill the water tank, they opened the yard valve and we had no water in the apartment for about an hour. The apartment did not have a window to the open air, and we had to open the apartment door sometimes for air conditioning, and it was not interesting at all with the presence of strangers in the yard. There was no place to hang clothes in the closets. During our 7-day stay, no one came to clean the apartment. The apartment was on the ground floor and had no view of the street, the only available window was facing the courtyard, which did not have an interesting view.

• Serhii (5/5): Passable - The location is very good, in the city center. Good air conditioner. The house is very old and you can hear your neighbors very loudly. I was unlucky and one time the neighbors came drunk at 5 am and I heard them as if they were in my room. And the second time, the day before my departure, other neighbors were pounding on my door at 1 am until I sent them away.
