- Dave (4/5): If I hadn't paid in advance I would not have stayed there. - Location was good. Bathroom was ok. Bed was ok. Room was small, not spacious, it wasn't very tidy, shared bathroom and toilet. no tea of coffee in the room.

- Heather (10/5): Homely - The hosts were amazing...friendly, accommodating and it felt like home from home. Clean and we had the best night's sleep! Location is perfect, 30 mins walk to Marble Arch, Regent's park and the underground was 10 mins max walk. Leaving!!!

- Claire (8/5): A good stay - Good location close to station, room was clean and bed comfortable - fan provided was most welcome on the hottest night of the year! great shower in clean bathroom (right next to the room so maintained privacy), I felt safe and Peter and his wife are welcoming and friendly I stay in London weekly for work and it’s the first time I have stayed within a home setting - was a new and positive experience a TV in room would be nice (I was only there for couple of hours in evening/away early for work) but would help wind down after a long day

Great location in 7 minutes walking distance to Marylebone and Baker Street stations and to Lords Cricket Ground. Quiet, very clean and comfortable. An excellent base for visiting London. I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

- Salam (6/5): nothing to say - Peter are a good host but need to be more acurte with the description. the room are too small .the mattress are very old and soft never slept on it I slept on the floor. he should describe it a sharing house and sharing bathroom. the room has no lock so any body can get to your room at any time. the location is good. it was quite good during night the bed

- Whitehead (10/5): Exceptional - Host was very welcoming and let me check in early, around 1pm so I could ditch my suitcase and go off for the afternoon. No restrictions on what time I had to be in at night. I felt safe there despite not having a locks on the door to my room. I would have preferred there to have been a lock on the toilet door. I did feel a little uneasy that someone could potentially walk in but no more than if I had been staying at a friend's house who didn't have a lock on the toilet door. I did not have a bath as oy stayed one night but if I had I would have been even more anxious about there being no lock. The owner Peter did say in light of this having been mentioned before he was considering putting locks on the doors

- Jan (7/5): Nice stay with Peter and his wife - Peter was a very open, friendly, welcoming, helpful and flexible host and always there for me, either in the apartment or via mail when I was out. In front of the house there is a station for hiring bikes which is nice. The nearest tube station is not more than ten minutes away. I was not aware that the room had a shared bathroom and toilet which usually is not a big problem if you want to stay somewhere for little money but want to stay in a private room. It is perfect for people who like to meet others and do not spend a lot of time in hotel rooms anyway. Finally I was a bit surprised that the heating was on in the bathroom all the time which made it quite hot inside - so it is the perfect location for people who get cold very easily. 🔥

It's close to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and very accessible to bus and underground stations. Peter was a great host and really helpful!
