• Aviral (8/5): Good stay and experience. Price could have been kept more affordable. - The location is just great - especially we picked this for its proximity to Tiny Beach which is 5 minutes walk. We were able to snorkel with sea turtles in the morning. Conveniently located to Fig Tree and Nissi beaches as well as stores and restaurants. The property is quite good and part of a residential development. Could be better kept as we could see rusting in some of the windows. Bathrooms were too constrained and not very kid friendly. Dishwasher was too small - the large plates couldn't go in. Price was bit on the higher side given the facilities. Deposit was too high.
• Chris (10/5): The property was perfect!! - Perfect location. Perfect facility and easy commute. Staying there felt like a dream!
• Steve (8/5): Very good - Bedrooms were ok size and plenty of storage space. 2 safes, 1 did have a fault but could be used ok with the key. Lounge was large with large TV. We had 2 young children so to be charged €60 for 2 stair gates was a bit excessive. We could buy them in the UK for that. The kitchen has a couple of design errors 1. The tall cupboard drawers cannot be pulled out. 2. The freezer ice cube maker is not connected and you cannot remove the dispenser to put your own ice in. Sink is large so a plastic bowl would be a benefit. No Plastic or disposable glasses for around the pool, these are always a good idea. Dishwasher far to small, unusable. As it is a 3 bedroom villa there should be 6 sun beds, only 4 available.
• Mia (8/5): Wished we stayed longer!!! - Really big and light, pool wasn’t cold and good size! Super close to the beach and a 10 min walk into the main town! Staff were super helpful. The cats were all super friendly and wanted a fuss, especially the grey and white one (we called george) Nothing, it was great
• Theofanis (10/5): The house is perfect. Made our holidays fantastic!! - The view was amazing!! Whatever I asked, i felt very comfortable , and I had great service!! They have great access for parking and space for 2 or 3 cars. The location was great cause, it was walking distance from the beach and so close to all the shops , restaurants and bars.The house is exactly how you see it by the picture. It's very comfortable, cozy and most importantly it was clean!!
• Theocharis (10/5): The best house in Protaras area. - The house with a sea view is exceptional, so close that you can hear the waves. It was very clean, and the hosts were extremely accommodating. The area where the house is located is quiet and close to all the popular restaurants in the region. I highly recommend it!
• Clive (1/5): Do not book this, we had a 3 week booking and spent most of the first week trying to get all the problems rectified, wit - Location It was rundown, the decking around the pool was broken and unsafe, there were bushes hanging over the decking and swimming pool.
• Joanne (7/5): Very good, great location and love Protaras - Location is lovely and quiet and only 10-15 to the main strip. Shingle beach is literally at the end of the garden and nice quiet beach is a 5 minute walk. Spacious villa with good facilities. Management company booked our transfers and all ran very smoothly with very knowledgeable and helpful taxi driver (Philip) There were a number of issues whilst we were there including the steps into pool on decking wasn’t very secure. Villa is a little tired in places and shower screen broken. However when we contacted the company the maintenance team came the very same day and repaired as necessary so couldn’t fault their customer service.
• Vicki (9/5): Beautiful villa in a beautiful setting and great location. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. - Spacious, clean, well-equipped, beautiful location with sea view Decking around the pool and pool steps a bit shabby. If this was resolved it would be faultless.
• Lynette (9/5): Great stay, we would recommend it highly but bring your own pillow if you can. - The location of this property was perfect for us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Walking distance to shops and restaurants but very quiet. There is really easy access to a small beach, 2-3 minute walk and from there you can swim across to where the turtles are. There was no intrusion from the hotel next door at all. The air conditioning was excellent and very much needed in July, there is no let up from the heat as soon as you wake up. The house was well equipped with everything you need, but you will need to buy bin liners, salt, oil etc, the welcome pack was bread, wine, milk and coffee sachets. There are plenty of towels, the TV was good and worked well for satellite channels but doesn't connect to a device over airplay (it's not a smart TV if you're relying on that). I can't fault the property for what we wanted. The pillows are terrible. They feel like they are about 20 years old. The pool is on the small side, once 4 adults are in it which is ok, but the flooring around it needs a little bit of attention as it is starting to bend and lift, you have to watch you don't catch your feet on it. The garden was a bit unkempt for most of our week and a gardener appeared on the day before we left, then it looked nice. There is some beach furniture in a cupboard outside but it's mostly damaged and slung in, it could do with sorting out and removing the broken things. We didn't end up using any of it. The canopy for the back patio seems to be on a timer and retracts in on it's own, the one to the side doesn't do this, I wasn't able to tell if this is a fault but as you really need it to keep the patio cool it's a bit annoying. A much smaller frying pan would have been great, the big heavy one seems to take ages to heat up. These are very minor things that actually could be rectified in no time at all.

• Alena (9/5): Amazing views - Great place, close to small beach and in walking distance to Fig Tree Bay. In the Villa you can find everything for you stay with family or friends. Pool is like "top of the cake". Neighbourhood was calm, but it depends on others vacantioners in villas next door. Caretake company was very helpfull, it was very easy to comunicate and everything what we needed was quickly solved. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.
