- Agata (8/5): Przyjemny pobyt w Bilbao - Przestrzeń i czystość. Każdy miał miejsce dla siebie. Wszędzie dało się dojść pieszo, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka. W pobliżu sporo płatnych miejsc parkingowych. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie. - brak klimatyzacji - przy tych temperaturach było ciężko spać - niesamowity hałas od ulicy i od patio (2 pokoje okna na ulicę, 1 na patio) - w nocy przy otwartych oknach zasnąć się nie dało, a przy zamkniętych było duszno - łóżko w jednym z pokoi niesamowicie głośne

- Joana (8/5): Very good - Clean, modern and pretty apartment, in a walking distance to the center. Have good amenities and everything was working as expected. On the bathroom, the glass that protects the shower don't cover all the surface, so water drops comes outside to the floor. The bed makes a bit of noise.

- Mariamaria5 (8/5): Cosy apartment with picturesque view - The apartment itself is really cool - very well and stylish furnished, equipped with all necessary domestic accessores which you could need. The location itself is also great - the view from the window is fantastic! It is not so far away from the city center, you can reach it by foot. You can feel that your host is not a person but agency which has also many other flats. There were no instructions about how to use the flat - no info about the WiFi, no info where you can turn on the water to start the washing machine. When we asked about that at the agency they gave completely wrong and unuseful answer. The cleaning also desires to be better - the dishwasher was dirty and had overflow because of rests of the food perhaps after previous guests.
