• Raquel (10/5): Perfecto apartamento en Trastevere para conocer Roma - El alojamiento no podría tener una ubicación mejor, era nuestra primera visita a Roma y la zona es perfecta para poder ir andando prácticamente a cualquier zona y con muchísimas opciones de cena cerca para terminar el día. Marco ha sido súper amable y atento antes, durante y después de nuestra estancia, un anfitrión de diez. Además el apartamento está equipado de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Repetiríamos sin duda. Prácticamente nada, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. El apartamento se nota que tiene sus años, pero está acondicionado para que te pueda encontrar muy a gusto.

• Krzysztof (10/5): - A great apartment in the Trastevere quarter. Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment has everything you need to get by. Great location—good restaurants nearby and close to trams and buses that take you to Rome’s historic center. A plus is the option for early check-in (if the apartment is available). -
• Claeskens (10/5): - Het was een heel fijn appartement,klein maar fijn. Bedden waren opgemaakt en handdoeken waren aanwezig. Douchegel en shampoo waren ook aanwezig. De host Marco was steeds bereikbaar via WhatsApp,antwoordt zo goed als direkt. Altijd vriendelijk. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf daar gehad. We zagen tegen een muur,dat stoorde ons niet,want wij waren daar enkel om te slapen.
• Margaret (10/5): Marco was extremely responsive and helpful and made our visit very positive - The property was in an excellent location for our needs given that we had a two year-old in tow and the playground just down the street gave us many moments of joy with him. When booking, I did not realize that there was no living room with sofa and area to relax and chat.
• monique (10/5): Meer dan wat we hadden verwacht. - Locatie. Aan de rand van de leuke wijk trastevere. Op 2 min lopen van het busstation. Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Prima bedden. Lekker rustig. De host Marco reageert snel op je vragen en heeft leuke tips. Niets. Alles was goed!

• Monica (10/5): Ottima scelta in centro di Trastevere - L’ubicazione dell'appartamento era eccellente, con tanti posti dove mangiare, prendere un aperitivo o fare una passeggiata. È stato un piacere soggiornare qui con la mia famiglia; eravamo in cinque e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Marco è stato fantastico dall'inizio alla fine. Grazie di tutto.

• Uwe (10/5): Wer gerne zentral in einem lebhaften Viertel wohnen möchte ist hier genau richtig - Die Lage im belebten Viertel von Trastevere ist super, und trotzdem ist es nachts sehr ruhig Das Schlafzimmer mit den zwei Betten ist gleichzeitig auch der Durchgangsraum für das zweite Schlafzimmer um in die Küche und zum Bad zu kommen. Grundsätzlich ist das nicht schlimm, nur man sollte es halt wissen wenn man diese Wohnung bucht. Mir war das anfangs nicht klar.

• Asun (10/5): Confortable y con muchas opciones gastronómicas - Apartamento limpio y comodo y cerca del transporte público y de muchas opciones para comer. Bien situado. El propietario muy amable.
• Julie (9/5): Een perfect logeeradres voor ons gezin van 5 en een ideale uitvalsbasis om Rome te verkennen. - Het appartement zag er net zo uit als op de foto’s, klein maar heel netjes en alles was voorzien. Ook de service was super, vervoer naar de luchthaven werd perfect geregeld, zelfs op een feestdag.

• Phil (7/5): - It was a great location and a relatively good price. Good ice creams downstairs. Nice staff were a pleasure to deal with and responsive (by WhatsApp). In the end, we couldn't live with the uncomfortable beds and the layout of the bedrooms: you have to go through the one with the double bed to/from the other one, which is less than ideal with teenaged kids. We checked out a day early and went to stay in a hotel for our last night.

• Carlos (9/5): Buena ubicación y anfitrión en Trastevere Roma - Excelente ubicación en el Trastevere, fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto de Fuimiccino a través del tren y del bus 8( solo 4 paradas) desde la estación de tren de Trastevere. Anfitrión, Marco, muy amable, responde rápido y bien a los Wasap. Indicaciones precisas para el acceso a la vivienda. El que no hubiera una persona a nuestra llegada. Cierta confusión respecto al numero de ocupantes de la reserva de la casa, que siempre estuvo claro que eran 5 pero se puso en duda diciendo que era para 4.

• Lou (9/5): - Great little apartment in central Trastevere. Clean and quiet. Fab Gelato just at the door. 115 bus takes you up and over the hill to the Vatican- great views from hill top. A wee way out of the centre but easy enough to get to sites via bus or walk. Shower heat was inconsistent and hard to manage- gas califont kept fluctuating heat.

• Richard (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location in Trastevere, with tons of restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk! There is also a tram stop nearby for getting to other parts of the city. The unit itself was clean and generally comfortable. From the listing, it is not clear that you need to walk through the first bedroom in order get to the second bedroom. This wasn't a problem for our family but could be for others. The beds were not terrible but not very comfortable either. Also, there is only one key to the unit, so you need to coordinate if the group is not planning to return at the same time.
• Ryan (5/5): The house needs some maintanence and it seems its neglected. - 1: The staff were friendly and very helpful 2: The house location is perfectly situated to visit Rome. 3:The house is very clean. 4:lots of amenities that are uselful in the house(sugar,coffee,salt,pepper,hairdryer etc The house does not look exactly like in the photos. The details are neglected, and overall, the house appears old and poorly maintained. See the attached pictures. The beds/mattresses are uncomfortable and seem old.

• Louise (8/5): Lovely apartment and easy walking distance to all the main sights. - Great location in a nice area - we could walk to all the famous sights and there were loads of restaurants and gelato parlours nearby. Comfy beds, well equipped and friendly helpful host. The only 2 minor things were 1) that there isn’t any view and 2) there isn’t any confortable seating like a settee or easy chairs. But these weren’t big issues as we were out and about most of the time and it was a great base for exploring Rome.

• Marisa (9/5): Spacious apartment in a great location in Trastevere, close enough to food and entertainment but in a lovely relaxed are - We loved the location…in Trastevere but a touch out of the really touristy part. Beautiful location with daily market with an abundance of fresh fruit around the corner was a bonus. The vibe and atmosphere in Trastevere was wonderful. There was ample room for us all - 2 adults and 3 kids. Nothing!

The host gave some wonderful dining recommendations. The apartment was clean and perfect for our family. The shower head didn’t stay straight but we managed.
• Denise (9/5): Comfy place in a great location - Location was great - staying in Trastevere provides a more local feel with the market and restaraunts nearby. 20 minute walk to city center didn't feel too long. It is an inner apartment away from street noise. We never felt unsafe. There was a double bed in one room and 3 twins in a separate room with a door in between. Lots of room for our luggage. Washer and air conditioner worked well. No dryer, but that is typical of the area. Wifi was great. The main area consisted of a table and 5 or 6 chairs in the kitchen. No couches, but I didn't actually realize that until I was writing this review! The air conditoner worked well, but there was only one in the whole apartment, located in the main bedroom. We had to leave the door open between the two bedrooms so everyone could benefit from the cool air. By doing that we had to give up some privacy. I rated down on cleanliness just because my feet and socks kept picking up some dust. But, the place looked very clean and the bathroom was spotless.

Marika and Rita are good hosts and communication was very easy. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It wasn’t clear in the listing that the second bedroom has to be accessed through the main bedroom. There is nowhere comfortable to relax other than on the beds. It’s all a bit dated and could do with a bit of a freshen up!

In the heart of Trastevere, surrounded by an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and everything you might need or want. On walking distance from all the famous places and attractions. The apartment itself is pretty comfortable and well-equipped. Rita is a really great host. She helped us book a transfer from the airport, answered very quickly to all our questions and made everything possible to accommodate all our needs.
