Guest Reviews
- Johannes (10/5): -
- Irra (9/5): Confortable location near city center - Lovely, spacious and confortable apartment. Very good location in a quiet area, just 30 minutes from city center (20minuts to Termini). Bus and Metro stations 10min walking from apartment and friendly owners
- Shlomo (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived late at night. Everything was closed and we were very tired. There was nice/small food in the apartment, enough for morning energy to go to coffee shop/ supermarket and buy a full breakfast.
Amazing!
- Riikka (9/5): A great stay! - We liked the area and the nearby market hall was great! The appartment was nice and everything went well.
- Yaniv (9/5): Superb - Very good appartment, big and specious. Few minutes walk from the metro, restaraunts and bars.
- Anna (9/5): Comfortable stay - We came for a work trip and needed to be close to Policlinico which was very close. Neighborhood is safe and calm- it is just few min walking distance from Villa Torlonia(park) and amazing residential area. Apartment was very spacious for 2 of us and was equipped enough so we could comfortably stay for one week. There is amazing market just in front of the building as well as a supermarket nearby. It is not modern but certainly has Italian charm. Communication with owner was quick and we were checked in early which we appreciated. It is around 10 min from metro and there are few bus stops around- we were already in Rome couple times so it didn’t bother us but it takes a while to get to city center as it is not a walking distance, public transport is not the best in Rome (to put it lightly…) Shower head wasn’t working well (poor water pressure) also water temperature was weird (sometimes it took ages until water came out hot and then it was cold again after few seconds)
- Migle (10/5): Exceptional - Apartament is in a lovely neighborhood with all asmenities needed. Flat is very clean, bright, ac was working perfectly.
We needed invoice and the landlady kindly issued it after our stay. Extra efffort is highly praised.
- Dan (9/5): Superb - Room is spacious. Easy to get to supermarket Location is not as convenient to get to popular landmarks.
- Juan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Fabulous, loved being in the apartment, responsive host, would go back. - Lovely calm quiet apartment in nice neighbourhood, and location perfect for conference in La Sapienza, and near metro.
Excellent arrangements for arrival/departure. Host very accessible for questions and assistance (eg helping arrange early morning car to airport due to train strike). I would go back! Could have provided a few more basics eg coffee for breakfast.
- Oleksandr (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great!
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - Location Excellent - close to Bologna Metro station
- Natallia (9/5): Superb - The apartment corresponds to the description.
We didn't have any problems during our stay. But the owner was always in touch, asking if everything was okay with us.
Good location. There is a supermarket in the house. There are good pizzerias nearby. Apparently there is a problem with soundproofing throughout the building. You can hear your neighbors, especially in the evening.
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mihut (10/5): Exceptional - It was an amazing location, very close to Metro B Piazza di Bologna. From this location you can get very fast, by bus or Metro B, to the most important touristic sites.: Colosseum -20 minutes, Fontana di Trevi - minutes, Villa Borghese - 10 minutes etc.
Close to the apartment is a market where you f buy anything, from fresh fish to vegetables and fruits. You are surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants with very good prices.
The owner of the apartment was extremely supportive and ready to help. The apartment was very clean and with very good equiped kitchen.
Also the location is easy accessible from the main airports of Rome. There's nothing to we didn't like about the apartment. Rome is a very beautiful city and sometimes you have to pay the price for it, especially when is extremely busy.
- Geophrey (10/5): A great apartment in a great city with a great host. - The apartment was clean and very comfortable and spacious and our host, Antonella, was excellent, communicative and attentive. On the second day of out stay, she contacted us to make sure everything was OK and to ask if we needed anything. The location was very good, 10 minute or so walk to the nearest metro station and a short ride into Rome central. A supermarket nearby was also very handy. Nothing at all apart from not being able to stay longer.
- Muhammad (9/5): Superb -
- Roberto (8/5): Very good - Clean, great communication, spacious It can be a little noisy in the early morning due to the market activities
- Patrick (10/5): A great week spent in the real Rome. - The flat is well-appointed and comfortable in every way. I spent a week feeling completely at home, assisted by the kind and helpful welcome offered by the host. It is in a part of Rome full of local life and with every facility but near enough to access any of the tourist areas you might wish to visit. I could not recommend this place highly enough. The adjacent market alone is good reason to stay here! Can’t think of anything.
- Cv (10/5): Excellent place to stay with family in Rome. - The host made sure that everything was spic-span. All essential things were available in the flat. Very close to the bus stop and market for essentials. As such nothing. Just that the price could have been a little lower.
- Mohamed (9/5): Superb -
- Gabi (10/5): Exceptional - The apartament was well located (about 10 minutes walk to the subway), very comfortable and very clean. The host was friendly and kind. I would be happy to come back anytime.
- Betty (8/5): I would book it again - Nice location, well equipped The power of the water in the bath was poor.
- Sarah (10/5): Great home base for a trip to Rome. - The apartment was really pleasant and comfortable. it made for a great home base during our visit. We really liked the neighborhood, which was more of a university district than a tourist destination. It made for a nice counterpoint to our days of visiting the Forum and other sightseeing destinations. The market less than a block away was a great place to get food and just fun to walk through. Our host was wonderful, she checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure that we were comfortable. Also, when our flight got delayed on the way in, she was quick to accommodate. Also, it was HOT in Rome, and the air conditioning worked like a champ to keep us cool. No complaints
- Simona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thunder (9/5): A great place to stay, nice neighborhood options for food, coffee, groceries. Easy walk to the metro - The only bad thing was that on our 2nd night (saturday) the neighbors had a party and there was loud music and talking until midnight. The other nights were very quiet though.
- Declan (10/5): Exceptional - Location was close to Metro and multiple Bus route stops, apartment was spacious and well equipped.
- Koen (9/5): Comfortable place, I'd book it again on a next visit to Rome - The apartment is spacious, and kept very clean. The area is very well connected to the main sightseeing spots (under 10 minutes to walk to one of the main subway lines, and there is also a bus stop right down the street). The neighborhood itself is also interesting, it has plenty of lunch and dinner options, and it's lively with people from Rome itself. This made it very pleasant to explore a bit. Best of all was our contact with our host, she was very accommodating towards us and super friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful. All in all a great booking.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Spectacular and clean space situated in a really lovely part of Rome with plenty of local eateries and a short walk from the centre. The bed was comfy, the lounge and kitchen space were exceptional and the balcony was a great extra! Shower head could do with replacing but that’s about it.
- Míriam (10/5): Exceptional - it was very comfortable and cosy.
