• Naco (10/5): Best place to stay in Vancouver. - recently had the pleasure of staying at this accomodayipn, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining a top-tier property. The entire space was spotlessly clean, from the common areas to the bedrooms and the bathroom. ​Speaking of the layout, the bedrooms were spacious, featuring comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was another highlight—fully equipped and modern, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Every appliance mentioned in the listing was present and in perfect working order, which made the stay seamless. ​The location is truly excellent and convenient. It is situated in a neighborhood with a fantastic selection of local restaurants just a short walk away. For those using public transportation, the logistics are ideal: there is a bus stop just 2 minutes from the door, and the metro station is a comfortable 10-minute walk. And a shopping center nearby with shops and restaurants. ​Finally, the hosts were wonderful. They were incredibly kind and professional, responding to all my messages almost instantly. Their hospitality made a significant difference in my experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located home away from home. Nothing to complain about. Everything was great.

• Peter (9/5): Lovely 2-bed suite with everything you need. - Immaculate, tasteful, uncluttered suite with comfy beds. The location was good for what we wanted - quiet and safe area. Host was friendly, helpful and responsive. Very kindly dropped round a Japanese cheesecake from their favourite bakery - was a real treat! Everything was great, thank you.

• YU FAN (9/5): - 地點清幽且環境安全，房間舒適乾淨跟照片一樣，廚房備品及餐具齊全，煮東西跟洗衣服都很方便，有問題屋主可以隨時處理，下次來溫哥華一定會再來住！ 如果硬要找缺點的話就是廁所只有一間比較麻煩，烘衣機比較難烘乾衣服，其他幾乎沒什麼好挑剔的，但其實對我們沒有太大的影響！
• Karl (10/5): Good spot for a stay near Metrotown - The location is relatively convenient. The room was clean and well kept. It was what I expected based on the photos. It also had some useful items for use, like coffee pods and water. Nothing in particular.

We especially appreciated the host's proactive communication; the door code was provided two days before our arrival via Booking.com messaging. Our experience was seamless and stress-free, leaving us with nothing but positive memories of our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations.
• Viacheslav (10/5): I would highly recommend Catherine/Dennis place for anyone who values: Cleanness, Comfort, Privacy - I think (and I was at other places around with Booking) that Catherine and Dennis are doing a great job making this place ready for anyone in the city. The unit is two bedrooms, extremely clean, and comfortable, with no noise or disturbance, even though it is a suite of the one house. I highly recommend this place, I am very picky and have my standards of living, but this property certainly exceeds what I was expecting, compared to the two places I rented during this time. It is not even close that can be comparable to many places I have seen around, in terms of the level of cleanness, comfort, privacy, and all the hidden little details (good shampoo/gel/soap, clean towels, all the furniture not broken and in very good condition, enough amount of cutlery). If you see this unit available, don't miss your chance on comfortable staying! Slava. Maybe would be nice to have a small frying pan for breakfast
