Erika (3/5): A szállás a képekhez képest nagy csalódás volt. - A szállás teljesen más volt, mint amit a képek alapján vártunk, nagy csalódás volt. Három főre foglaltunk, azonban csak két személy részére biztosítottak ágyneműt, és mindössze egy törölköző volt a szálláson. A konyha szinte teljesen üres volt: evőeszközöket, edényeket és tányérokat külön kellett kérnünk. Szivacsot és mosogatószert is saját magunknak kellett megvásárolnunk. A hálószoba csendes volt, viszont a nappali – ahol a harmadik vendég aludt – már zajosabb volt, és semmilyen sötétítő nem volt, így hajnalban az erős fény ébresztett.

Апартаменты просторные, хоть и не 80 кв.м. как написано в описании. В этот раз апартаменты достались на 21 этаже в не в хорошем состоянии. До этого останавливались на 27 этаже, там намного лучше было. 4 раза просили недостающих вещей, на третий день только исполнили просьбу.

Очень грязно, это просто жесть лютейшая. 2. Не было даже кружек. Даже полотенца пришлось просить после уборки. Не говоря уже о принодлежностях для кухни каких-то. Ни кастрюль ни сковородок, ничего. 3. В одном из лифтов не работала кнопка 25 этажа. Приходилось ждать, что б кто-то приехал с верхних этажей на другом. Бывало нас таких было несколько человек :))
Heavenly (8/5): Sufficiente - L’appartamento è bellissimo, ci sono stata con il mio partner, è molto vicino a dei bellissimi posti e supermercati. Le donne delle pulizie venivano a pulire tutti i giorni, molto molto professionali e gentili. Sono stata in Turchia 3 volte con il mio partner in diversi hotel e la loro accoglienza non ci è piaciuta per niente. Quando siamo arrivati il primo giorno nessuno ci ha aiutati con le valigie, nessuno ci ha fatto vedere dov’era il nostro appartamento. Siamo andati alla reception e ci è stato detto come prendere l’ascensore e dove troveremo il nostro appartamento. Sono stata in molti hotel anche appartamenti in giro per il mondo e non ci hanno mai lasciati portare le valigie da soli venivamo aiutati e accompagnati fino alla stanza. Gli uomini che stavano all’ingresso dell’appartamento non salutavano mai neanche la mattina. Quando li salutavamo noi, rispondevano freddi. Un semplice buongiorno con un sorriso è una bellissima carta da visita per un azienda. Questo è quello che credo sarebbe meglio migliorare.

AMINU (9/5): Overall, it was an awesome and memorable experience. - 1. Proximity to metro - less than 100m to Mimar Sinan station. 2. Proximity to shopping malls - mall of Istanbul, 212 Mall, De Facto outlet mall, etc. 3. Excellent guest relations, especially Rüya. She’s was very supportive throughout our stay 1. Incomplete kitchen utensils 2. No pressing iron/ table 3. The room door (370) was a bit broken and doesn’t lock properly 4. Room cleaning can be improved - especially regular change of beddings. I had to request before my beddings were changed on the 4th day.

Ana-Elisabeta (8/5): Vacanță plăcută - Priveliște excelentă, ușor de ajuns la locație, relativ aproape de mall of Istanbul, paturile confortabile, s-a făcut curățenie în fiecare zi. Deși era pus un avertisment legat de fumat, în tot apartamentul mirosea îngrozitor a fum de țigară.

nana (7/5): good, but youtube is must - Overall, our room was very good. It’s very convenient when the rooms are large—there is a separate bedroom and you have plenty of space. There is no smart TV or YouTube in the room, which is terrible when you’re traveling with a child—this is something you should definitely take into consideration.

Ahmed (10/5): An exceptional stay every year—perfect location, outstanding service, and a place we truly consider our home in Istanbul - I had a truly wonderful stay at G Tower Furnished Apartment Rentals in Istanbul. The experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is excellent—close to Mall of Istanbul and not far from Florya, which made getting around very easy. The area is safe, quiet, and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. I would also like to especially thank Mr. Anil at the reception for his kindness, professionalism, and continuous support. He was always helpful and welcoming. A special appreciation as well to Ms. Selin Hanim (Şirket Numarası), the reservations manager, for her outstanding professionalism and smooth handling of the booking process. Everything was organized perfectly. I visit Istanbul every year with my family, and we never think of choosing any other place—this is truly a special and exceptional destination for us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. I will definitely come back again, Insha’Allah. What didn’t I like about the property? Honestly, the only thing my family didn’t like was that our vacation came to an end—this is the same feeling we have every time we visit!

Angela (7/5): Super Preis Leistung - Preis Leistung Top. Gute Lage und schöne Zimmer. Personal sehr freundlich. Es war bei Bezug des Zimmers nicht so sauber wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Es hatte Flecken auf dem Kühlschrank sowie an anderen Orten in der Küche. Das Bad war auch nicht sehr sauber. Aber im grossen und ganzen OK. Die Putzfrau kam leider nicht wie beschrieben und an einem Tag gab es keine Tücher mehr.

The service was warm, professional, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. The place also offers great value for the price. Samim (1/5): I only stayed 1 night instead of 7 days due to the uncleanliness and feeling unsafe, let’s leave it at that. - Nothing This stay was very unsettling. The room did not feel secure, with no interior locks other than the main suite door, and the amenities were outdated and worn. Staff did not assist with luggage, and no refund was offered despite the issues. When I requested a cot for my baby, the staff member refused to bring it inside the room. Later that night, both the other adult staying with me and I heard loud noises in the living room area that made it feel like someone may have been trying to wake us. We did not feel safe and blocked the door with a table. While checking the room afterward for any explanation, we noticed stains on the back of the couch that appeared dark and dried, which added to the fear and discomfort. We also found a dirty shower, a used curtain, a dirty lamp, and dirty pillows and towels. These issues were shown to staff but were not addressed. Overall, this was a distressing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone concerned about safety.

Elyas (10/5): Helping and supporting - The hotel and apartment specially the apartments are really clean and amazing socially for saudis and other gulf countries. The best things that i needed are here like free parking 🅿️ for my car and elevator and kitchen with washer and dryer which make my trip easier. Also the guest relations are helpful and amazing 🤩. I recommend this place 100 💯 % Nothing really everything is amazing
