• ZNIBER S (7/5): Bon emplacement mais rapport qualité/prix à améliorer - Logement bien situé et pratique pour visiter Malaga. L’appartement était globalement propre et conforme aux photos. Le check-in s’est bien passé et la communication était correcte. Dans l’ensemble, séjour agréable avec un bon emplacement. le prix reste un peu élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées, et une caution de 100 € est demandé. l’isolation sonore n’était pas parfaite.
• Xing (7/5): Good choice for a short visit with public transport, not recommended for a family with children - It is great location, walking distance to the city center. The room is not big but ok for a family. The paid garage is 25euro per day nearby, a bit more expensive than usual. The host garage is a bit far and had to pay cash in their downtown office.

• Ángela (9/5): - Apartamento pequeño pero bien equipado. Algunos elementos estaban un poco descuidados, grifería, cuelga toallas. Por seguridad creo que la puerta de entrada debería de poder cerrarse, ya que existe riesgo de que alguien la ocupe, algo que no sería muy agradable.

• J.Gervais (8/5): - It is spacious and has everything you need. The check in is easy and friendly. The mattress is really too soft - it doesnt have tension anymore. It was noisy - loud music from many places and construction work, dog at night - wasnt too much of a problem for us but I could see it being troublesome for others.

• Ana Luisa (6/5): - Location wise is close to the center. The apartment is located on a ground-floor street, which unfortunately made it quite noisy. The windows are of very poor quality and do not provide proper sound insulation. We could hear people passing by, talking, and walking outside very clearly, as well as constant traffic noise and even the cleaning trucks early in the morning. As a result, we were barely able to sleep during our stay.

Good instructions- via Whatsaap Netflix on TV Flickering light on ceiling, loose tap in kitchen, loose hanger for towels in bathroom. Crack on wall at front door Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Very noisy outside- cars/motorbikes/ traffic.
• Marlena (9/5): It was lovely Xmas. - Location is absolutely amazing. 5 minutes walk from heart of Malaga. 2 minutes walk from big supermarket. Apartment was cozy and included everything you need with child :washing machine, fridge, oven, kettle big table.

• Réka (8/5): Ár-érték arányban megfelelő volt nekünk barátnőmmel 4 éjszakára. - Nagyon közel volt mindenhez, nem kellett nagyon tomegközlekedni. Tökéletesen megfelelt 4 éjszakára az apartman. Hangosak voltak a klímák (recsegtek), nem lehetett szellőztetni. A fő kapu nem volt zárható. Az ágy kicsi volt.
• TiniTortellini (6/5): Achtung! Daten nicht sicher. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten vom historischem Zentrum entfernt. Die Unterkunft sieht wie auf den Bildern aus. Alles wichtige vorhanden. Kurz vor meiner Ankunft wurde der Gastgeber anscheinend gehakt. Die Daten der Kunden wurden geklaut und wurde per WhatsApp bezüglich der Zahlung kontaktiert. Leider war ich unvorsichtig und habe meine Kreditkartendaten angegeben, weswegen ich diese sperren lassen musste. Während des Aufenthaltes habe ich 2x falsche Nachrichten bekommen, anscheinend Systemfehler. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Straße einer viel befahrenen Straße im Erdgeschoss. Der Lärmschutz war nicht gegeben. Nachts war es aufgrund des geringen Verkehrs relativ ruhig aber ansonsten recht laut. Wenn Fußgänger vorbei sind, dachte ich, die laufen durch die Wohnung. Die Wohnungstür war relativ dünn und hat mir kein richtiges Sicherheitsgefühl gegeben. Das Bett war total durchgelegen. Man sollte mal eine neue Matratze kaufen. Aufgrund dessen würde ich hier nicht noch mal buchen.
• Ana Carolina (3/5): Do not recommended - The location is good. Close from the center. Possible to go around by walk. 25 min walk from the train station Too Airbnb to be a hotel. Too hotel to be an Airbnb. After you pay inside booking, there’s another deposit of 100 euros to pay, which is mandatory. We could only check-in after 4pm because of cleaning, but then when we arrived it was not clean. The floors were dirty, and we are almost sure that the bedsheets were not changed, or they were super stained. The shower head literally had mold, it was all green. There was a dirty bedsheet inside the sofa bed. We stayed a whole week, so we asked to have clean towels, and we got an answer that it was charged 15 euros extra or we could just use the washing machine and wash the towels we had there. No detergent was provided, so washing that would mean also buy the detergent.

• Joanna (9/5): Zdecydowanie polecam! - Pieknie urządzony apartament, świetnie wyposazona kuchnia, dobra lokalizacja. Czysto, wygodnie, wszystkie udogodnienia na miejscu. W przypadku awarii natychmiastowa reakcja ze strony gospodarza, bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt. Brak recznika/ociekacza kuchennego, hałas w nocy (szpara w drzwiach frontowych).

• LOUNIS (9/5): - La propreté, l'équipement, la communication avec l'agence Possible de trouver une place de parking dans les rues mais très difficile. Sinon, il faut payer un parking à 3 min mais un peu cher (25€ la journée, 2€25/h). Autre option, c'est aller au parking qui est en collaboration avec l'agence à 10/15 min à pied mais au moins c'est 15€ la journée
• Esteban (9/5): - La dotación del apartamento Por poner algo, la accesibilidad al apartamento, con muy poca luz para poner la clave y falta de espacio para poder aparcar aunque solo sea unos minutos. Para llegar hasta la puerta te metes en el casco histórico, restringido al tráfico y te llegará una multa, por lo que debes aparcar en un parking del casco histórico, como a 600 metros, para evitar la multa.

• Andreia (8/5): Great Stay in a Central Studio - Good conditions, comfortable studio and very central location.
• agata (9/5): - Bardzo dobre wyposażenie w sprzęty, było wszystko co potrzeba, fajna opcja z dwiema klimatyzacjami. Ogólnie pokoju bardzo wygodny Łóżko ogólnie okey ale jeśli ktoś planuje pobyt z małym dzieckiem które śpi z rodzicami to nie da się wyspać. Przy czym winy właścicieli w tym nie ma bo jednak było to Łóżko typowo dla dwóch osób. Wg powinny być jeszcze ręczniki kuchenne,płyn do naczyń pełnowymiarowy i więcej niż dwie małe rolki papieru toaletowego bo na tygodniowy pobyt na 3 osoby to zdecydowanie za mało.

• Vanhaber (8/5): - Meli jsme pokoj do vnitrobloku, takže celkem ticho. Blízko centra. Všude kolem spousta obchodů. Samozřejmě potěšil kávovar, ale to už v hodnoceních bylo zmíněno mnohokrát. Komunikace na vysoké úrovni. Po ukončení pobytu nám nabídli uložení kufru než jsme vyrazili na letiště. Dámy v kanceláři velmi příjemné a usměvavé a pomohli nám se vším. Matrace nebyla příliš pohodlná. To je asi jediné větší minus, jinak vše v pořádku a funkční. A počítejte s tím že je to v centru velkého města, kde to v sezoně hodně žije.

Easy contact via Whatsapp, always prompt.I left a sun umbrella in apart., I hope it remains there for other tourists to use. The door is hard to close and there is a gap under the door that makes the noise from the street even louder. Only one of the roller blinds goes up, the windows do not provide any protection against outside noise. It would be good if the pictures of the entrance with the box where the key is located were updated...

The location was perfect, safe and vivant with people and plenty of restaurants, right in the heart of the city, and the apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped. Very close to old town but not noisy. we had a room without daily light but not looking on the street which was great. Apartment is very well equiped, modern. Price is really high considering it is a room without cleaning service. Check in is at 4 pm, this is terrrible. Apartmant could have been more cleaner, there was strange smell out of bathroom. The floor was not cleaned before us and the wihite bed sheets had some staons. The bed is too smal for two persons. On booking was not written that deposit is mandatory, i received this email very late and was not aware of this. Even if room was charged, I could not get the address of appartment without deposit.

• Ana (7/5): Good - Good place, nice and large flat When we arrived, the flat was dirty from the previous guests, due to a mistake with the cleaning staff. We had to wait for it to be cleaned. Further, we weren't noticed that if we took long showers, the hot water could end for a while. So one of us had to take a cold shower. If we simply were informed, this unpleasant experience would've happenned.

The noise of the traffic vibrating into the apartment is terrible. Garbage bins right out side the front door of apartment and are removed every morning twice at 2am and 3am by a loud machine which picks them up and emptys them into a truck and makes a loud crashing sound which will wake you up .and socket in the kitchen was dangerous it was loose from the wall and risk of electric shock had too leave apartment after 3 night because of the noise it was that bad

• Susie (9/5): It was a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out were smoothly. - Good location. Not in the noisy centre, but close to every places you want to visit in Málaga. High ceiling, clean room, everything is well prepared. The room was quiet, slept well during the stay. No natural light in the room, have to switch on lights. But it's not a big issue, we went out early and came back late, need to turn on lights anyway.
